Hillary Clinton Campaign Intervenes As a 3rd Party in Durham Prosecution of Michael Sussman;
Claims Durham Cannot Subpeona Documents From FusionGPS, Because "Hillary for America" Had Hired the Dirt-Digging Company For... Legal Services

Legal services are confidential.

So Hillary Clinton is claiming that she hired a non-law-firm which does not provide legal services to provide legal services, and her nigh-permanent employee/aide Robbie Mook has perjured, or, um, sworn a statement that FusionGPS was totally, totally hired as some kind of non-legal legal services company.

Note that it has already been established that Hillary Clinton lied when she filed her payments to FusionGPS as "legal services" in her campaign disclosure forms, laundering them through Perkins Coie. Now she's trying to claim these really were legal services payments, even though FusionGPS does not provide legal services, but oppo research/campaign dirty tricks services.

Looks like she really doesn't want FusionGPS's documents out there, huh?


And update: Now Biden will appeal the mask mandate ruling.
