Christopher Rufo: Whoopi Goldberg Merely Spoke Aloud on Television the Messaging About "The Jewish Problem" That CRT "Scholars" Have Been Pushing For Years

When this broke -- well, a couple of hours after it broke -- I thought, Good, this will give us a chance for a Real Discussion About Race, and not the bullshit one that Eric Holder wants to have, but a real one.

And that's sort of happening.

The absolutely indispensable Christopher Rufo points out that maybe Whoopi Goldberg's real crime was... revealing what the racist left really believes.

Whoopi Goldberg said on television what critical race theorists have been saying in print for years.

Here's that article. It's... remarkable.

This is actually the sort of thing that the totally "anti-racist" CRT "scholars" are discussing: "The Jewish Problem."

So Nazis talk about "The Jewish Qu*****n" (note I have to asterisk out the word, that's how toxic this phrase is), while CRT "scholars" discuss the "Jewish Problem."

So different!

Note that both the Jewish Q and the Jewish P are both asking: Are Jews really white?! I mean, Really?!

And in both cases, the question that is really being asked is, Can we justify stripping Jews of privileges they've enjoyed until now and reduce their standing in the social hierarchy?

Someone owes Ryan Long royalties.

Of course, if I even write the Jewish Q, I get deplatformed, but if I write about the "Jewish Problem," I get grants from the US government, speaking engagements from Fortune 500 corporations, and have my books taught to Virginia public school teachers.

Note, though, that CRT is not, definitely not, taught to Virginia students; it's merely taught to the teachers who teach the students, as a "lens" through which to consider the subjects they teach the students. What the teachers then do with the CRT materials they're taught and given, who knows? Who can say? It's a mystery. And no, we shouldn't have a hotline for reporting teachers who teach CRT in the classrooms; that's Nazi stuff. (Nearly as Nazi-level stuff as CRT race-teachings themselves!)

Here's a bit of white-pilling: I was actually nervous about posting that post last week about the government adopting the official position that there is no possible racism against whites. Because to even say that, and to oppose that, is itself "racist" -- that's how far this has gone. To object to the government imposing explicitly racist policies against you is to be "racist." It's "alt-right" to notice that the government is denying vital health-care to whites, on the basis of their skin color.

That's racist now.

Whites aren't supposed to notice that. If they do, it's racist. They're supposed to pretend it's not happening and just accept that there are going to be some Reparations, maybe a lot of Reparations, going on on the down-low, which might result in the loss of their actual lives, and they're not going to be officially noted by the government or media. They'll be happening sub-silencio, and making any noise about it is Itself Literally Racism.

So I was worried. Weird that I published that just last week.

So this Whoopie Goldberg thing happens, and I was sure that I'd be like one of the only guys even talking about this "Whites can only be the racial oppressors, they cannot be victims of racism" angle that so clearly underlay Whoopi's claim that the Holocaust had nothing to do with race.

And I was... wrong. And I'm so happy to be wrong. Many, many people on the right are talking about it. The usual people, the fake "right" like at National Review and the Washington Examiner aren't talking about it, of course. That could cost them future jobs at the Washington Post or at Bloomberg or CNN or whatever else leftwing outlets they hope to eventually work at when they're finally established enough to stop grifting off the right and start making some real money.

But most other people are.

So... well, it's heartening. I thought we were so intimidated by the relentless pressure to just accept the left's propaganda and definitions, and their very serious penalties for noncompliance, that it would only be a few people daring to talk about the supposedly "alt-right" proposition that white people are allowed to object to racism against them, but I was wrong.

One idea I had about Whoopi, and why she says she feels so "humiliated," and why she's angry at ABC for making her do the apology they way they wanted it but then suspending her anyway.

There are two likely reasons for why she insisted that the Holocaust was not about race:

1, her Black Radical notion that there is no such thing as "racism" directed at whites, and Jews are white, ergo, the Holocaust was not a racial event, or

2, she's just so ignorant and stupid that she never, ever heard Hitler talking about a Master Race or Hitler denigrating Jews, and the Roma, and the Slavs, as inferior races.

Now, obviously, I believe that Possibility 1 is the real reason she said what she said, and then stuck with it during the Colbert interview, and did not back away from that until ABC started talking about a firing.

But she claims Possibility 2-- that she's just one of the most ignorant people to ever walk the face of the earth, and did not even see Schindler's List, despite the fact that Spielberg directed it, and he'd have given her a copy, as he directed her in The Color Purple. And you know, she'd have seen it anyway, but, like, there's a personal connection, too.

So here's why I think she says she feels "humiliated" and she's blaming ABC for making her do the apology:

Because 1 is the real reason, and ABC told her not to admit that -- it would be too toxic -- so they told her to pretend to be a very stupid, ignorant, uneducated woman who doesn't know the most basic things about the most important world event of the twentieth century in order to avoid offering the real reason, which is that she doesn't think that white people can be victims of racism.

And so she did, and so she basically, in a way, played the Minstrel for ABC, and it didn't even work, and she made an absolute fool of herself on TV, and...

...they suspended her anyway.

So that's why she's mad.

So no, I do not believe that Whoopi is as dumb as she's been pretending. Dumb, yes, but not as dumb as she's been pretending for the past 48 hours.

And I think she resents having to pretend to be as dumb as, say, Ana Navarro, just to keep her job.

I can't wait for the interview where she admits all this and re-doubles down on her real belief: There is no such thing as racism directed as white people or Jews, who are just white people with funny names.

Below, more of that racism that white people cannot be victims of, ever.

I appreciate Ace's concerns...the left has made this syllogism that anyone who objects to something being white S is now defending white S. Which is a difficult position to be in, as the government tries to impose a tribal society upon us.

Well put.

You try to complain that they're erecting a series of racist codes against you, and they say, "Why, that sounds an awful lot like... something a White Supremacist would say!"

And I think at that point, a lot of people say, "Oh, never mind. I guess my ancestors had advantages when it comes to cutting-edge monoclonal antibodies treatments that other races didn't. I'll crawl into this corner and die and accept my Medical Justice."

Well, we can't keep saying "Never mind."
