Quinnipiac Poll: Biden Crashes All the Way Through The Floor, Hits Lows Not Thought Possible-- 33% Support

Because 38% of the country is lockstep straight-ticket Democrat, one would think that 38% or so would be the absolute rock-bottom level of support for a Democrat president.

The Q-poll had Brandon at 36% last time. It was thought then he could only go up from there.

Nope.

Let's Go Brandon, indeed.

Joey Garrison @joeygarrison

New from @QuinnipiacPoll:

Biden's approval rating is down to 33%, with 53% disapproving of his job performance.

That's a 3-percentage-point decline from his 36% approval rating in the same poll in November. The new poll was taken Jan. 7 to Jan. 10.

It's a triple-whammy for Biden. His handling of ...

- the economy: 34% approve, while 57% disapprove;
- foreign policy: 35% approve, while 54% disapprove;
- the response to the coronavirus: 39% approve, while 55% disapprove.

And this is from the very, very left-leaning Quinnipiac, as reported by the "Let's Add the P" Groomer Advocacy Newsletter USAToday.

The poll, conducted Jan. 7 though Jan. 10 and released Wednesday, found 33% of all 1,313 adults surveyed approve of Biden's job performance, while 53% disapprove. Ten percent did not offer an opinion.

That means they also disapprove but are dyed-in-the-wool leftwingers who don't want to add to the negative ratings.

The poll found wavering support among Biden's own party, with 75% of Democrats approving of Biden's job performance and 14% of Democrats disapproving. More than half of political independents, 57%, said they disapprove of Biden's job performance, while just 25%in that crucial voting bloc said they approve. Biden is getting virtually no crossover support from Republicans, with 95% saying they disapprove of his job and 2% approving.

That 2%? The professional grifters of NeverTrump and assorted other whores and shiftless criminals, perverts, pederasts and sex-pests who are paid by Democrats.

For most of his presidency, Biden's handling of the COVID-19 pandemic had been his top polling strength. But the new poll found his support in this area has cratered, with 39% of Americans saying they approve of Biden's response to the coronavirus, compared to 55% who disapprove.

I just got a statement from Covid: "I'm going to shut down Joe Biden."

The poll also shows growing Insurrection Disaffection.

@ggreenwald

"Fifty percent say the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 was an attack on democracy that should never be forgotten, while 44 percent say too much is being made of the storming of the U.S. Capitol and it's time to move on."

So basically just Democrats care.

Americans don't like 1/6, but clearly aren't anywhere near as obsessed as the media, and it's declining.

In August: " 57 percent said it should never be forgotten and 38 percent said it was time to move on."

Now 44% say: too much is being made, move on.

More from Greenwald:

Biden's unpopularity spreads across almost every demographic group, except self-identified Dems. Even 27% of Black voters disapprove. And he's deeply unpopular among independents, young people and Hispanics.

More Americans believe the GOP is more committed to principles of the Constitution over individual politicians (36/56) than believe this about the Democratic Party (30/62) -- so the exact opposite of the primary media narrative about the GOP waging war on the Constitution.

In the same poll during the same time in his presidency (Quinnipiac, 1/2018 ), Trump's approval rating was at 38/57 -- 5 points higher than Biden.

48% approved of Trump's handling of the economy after his first year versus 34% for Biden: a 14-point gap.

Among other lessons, these numbers show how quickly the dominant wing of corporate media is losing its grip on power and the dissemination of information. The business model they chose worked for awhile - let's talk only to Dems, feed them what they want -- but now it's a prison.

Boy, Sinema and Manchin must be really sweating that political pressure Biden's bringing to bear against them, huh?

Jake Sherman @JakeSherman

Biden tried to pop by mcconnells office but McConnell just told us they "did not connect"

The president with the most votes in history can't get a meeting with McConnell, and can't get Stacy Abrams to show up for an event with a free buffet.
