Another Staffer Quits THROATUS, Furthering Claims of Turmoil and Dysfunction

Sounds like just another man who failed to position THROATUS for success.

Yet another Kamala Harris aide has joined the exodus of staffers leaving the vice president's office amid claims of turmoil and dysfunction.

Hey I just said that.

Vincent Evans, the veep's deputy director of public engagement and intergovernmental affairs, has quit to take on a role on Capitol Hill, CNBC reported Wednesday.

Evans is departing the VP's office to join the Congressional Black Caucus, which is chaired by Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio) and advocates for minorities.

Peter Velz, formerly THROATUS's director of press operations, also leaves today.

And I guess he's been doing a super job, too.

He already announced he was leaving in November, but now he's actually leaving.

NEW: Peter Velz, director of VP Kamala Harris' press operations, is headed to the Deptartment of State to work in the protocol office.

Today is his last day in the VP's office. His departure was reported in November.

Velz said he was leaving the White House to join the protocol team at the State Department, where he said he's "excited to continue supporting the @VP and @POTUS for their meetings with foreign leaders, delegations, and international travel."

Yeah I'll bet. Sounds like a real promotion.
