Kumala's Ludicrously Staged Space Exploration Video Was Even Faker Than It First Appeared

The video featured... child actors who had debuted for the roles of "Children Enthralled by Kumala Harris."

Of course. Of course it was fake. Why didn't we all just assume that?

The children were better actors than Kumala was.

The first installment of Vice President Kamala Harris's YouTube Originals space series featured child actors who auditioned for their roles in the project.

Trevor Bernadino, a 13-year-old actor from Carmel, California, and one of five teenagers featured in the video, was asked to submit a monologue discussing something he is passionate about and three questions for a world leader, according to an interview with KSBW TV. Trevor then interviewed with the production director.

"And then after that, like a week later, my agent called me, and he’s like, 'Hey Trevor, you booked it,'" Trevor said. He didn't learn until much later that he would be meeting with Harris, who was appointed to lead the National Space Council earlier this year.

Bernadino was joined by Derrick Brooks II, another child actor, Emily Kim, likewise a child actor, Zhoriel Tapo, a child actor and aspiring journalist who has interviewed former first lady Michelle Obama, and Sydney Schmooke.

Last week, YouTube Originals announced Get Curious with Vice President Harris, a series that aims to get more children interested in space. The project was produced by Sinking Ship Entertainment, an Emmy award-winning media company based in Toronto that specializes in live-action programming, according to its website.

Perfect.

One of Harris's new advisers, Lorraine Voles, has a portfolio including "crisis management" and "marketing and rebranding."

Candace Owens makes a good point in this Tucker appearance: Has Kumala ever spoken to children before? Why is Kumala talking to 13-year-olds as if they're five-year-olds, using over-emphatic hand gestures and facial expressions?

The answer, of course, is that she's not talking to the kids. She's talking to childless weirdo Wine Aunts who may be watching the video, who also have never spoken to children, but who would imagine that this is how you talk to young teenagers.

Meanwhile, supposed "Border Czar" Kumala blew off a meeting between DHS Mayorkas and the president of Mexico -- a meeting all about the border -- to do a photo-op in a daycare center and push her "Likability" offensive.

Kumala's director of press operations deemed the staged video "super-cute."

He did admit that Harris "invited" the children -- "booked" the actors, in other words.
