New "Reality" Show "The Activist" -- Where SJWs Compete for Money for Their Absurd Causes -- Pulled from the Schedule Because One of the Hosts Wore Blackface for Halloween

She's was portraying a black character on "Orange is the New Black."

So: You can wear blackface and be the Democratic governor of Virginia.

You can wear blackface and be the socialist identity-politics pandering Prime Minister of Canada.

But you cannot wear blackface if you're... one of the dancers on Dancing With the Stars.

I see.

I see.

But it is pretty funny that SJWs #cancelled a show designed to appeal to SJWs.

Julianne Hough is trying to dance her way out of this mess.

The former "Dancing With the Stars" pro took to social media to express her regret for a 2013 Halloween costume where she used blackface amid criticism for her new CBS show, “"he Activist."

The 33-year-old is set to be a co-host on the competition series, alongside Usher and Priyanka Chopra, all of whom will judge activists competing to promote their various causes.

"The last few days have been a powerful demonstration of real-time activism," Hough began. "Thank you for using your voices, calling me in, your accountability, and your candor. I am deeply listening with an open heart and mind."

Hough summarized people's critiques of the show: The concept valued "performative" work, "promoted pseudo-activism over real activism" and "felt tone-deaf." Also, "the hosts weren't qualified to assess activism because we are celebrities and not activists."

As Ya Boi Zach of Comics Matter is fond of pointing out: Corporations continue to court these malevolent psychopaths as customers.

But they are not customers. Most of them are desperately poor and have little to no disposable income, and what little disposable income they have goes towards off-brand hormone therapy.

The closest they get to being "customers" is when they illegally pirate movies and comic books.

And worse than that -- they are anti-customers. Not only are they not paying customers themselves, but they actively chase off actual potential customers, and pressure corporations into insulting those actual potential customers.

But these rotten totalitarian corporations keep on trying to restructure society to placate a group of anti-social monsters whose key pillar of personal identity is being incapable of being placated.
