Durham is Coming?
Maybe?
Sussman's defense is that he wasn't working for Clinton when he... ahem, completely independently brought the Alfa bank server bullshit to the FBI. He's claiming he just brought over that information due to his being a patriot, not because he was working for Clinton.
But... his own billing records say he was working for Clinton for the Alfa bank hoax.
Well, this will sink Hillary Clinton for sure. There's no way she can escape responsibility when her name is all over the billing records!
That's a sardonic reference to her claiming she wasn't lying when she said she never worked on Whitewater, even when billing records showing he working on Whitewater surfaced. She says she never knew it as "Whitewater," but only by its three-letter billing code.
Uhm, yeah. I can see why NeverTrump supported this paragon of honesty over Trujmp.
The deadline for bringing a charge... is this weekend.
"Because of a five-year statute of limitations for such cases, Mr. Durham has a deadline of this weekend to bring a charge over activity from that date."
This sounds like Durham is trying to run out out the clock on the statute of limitations himself.
Ben Shapiro's wife will come before Durham does.
