Head CDC Ditz Rachel Walensky: European-Style Vaccine Passports "May Be a Way Forward"

European-style vaccine "passes" may be an option for the U.S. in the future, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said Wednesday.

Walensky spoke with CNN's John Berman one day after the CDC updated mask guidelines for vaccinated individuals. The CDC, after seeing a surge in cases involving the delta variant, now recommends fully vaccinated Americans mask up indoors in high transmission areas of the country.

When probed about next steps, Berman wondered if the CDC would ever "lean into" vaccine passes....

"You know, I think some communities are doing that and that may very well be a path forward," Walensky declared. "I do want to sort of comment that in some fully vaccinated venues, if they're unmasked and there are a few people who are transmitting there... Overall it's so very critical to just get the huge amount of disease in some of these areas down."

The "science" Walensky based the new mask-even-if-you're-vaccinated diktat on was rejected during the peer review process, and doesn't concern the vaccines available in America.

At least one of the studies that was cited by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to justify changing their guidance on masks was based on a vaccine that is not authorized for use in America and was rejected by a peer review.

The study in question from researchers in India analyzed vaccine breakthrough in over 100 healthcare workers and claims to show that a COVID-19 Delta variant infection generates a higher viral load in comparison to other variants.

Despite no mention in the study of viral loads from the variant against unvaccinated individuals, the CDC cited it in yesterday’s updated brief as evidence that the Delta variant is transmissible from a vaccinated individual with a breakthrough infection.

A commenter (forget who; Thomas Bender maybe?) said yesterday that this is all about the teachers unions pressuring the CDC. September is fast approaching, and they want to sit around in their pajamas again getting high while pantomiming teaching children.

So they're pushing the CDC to impose harsh new impositions on kids, hoping parents will accept it when they say "We're doing Zoom 'teaching' again."

And the CDC has repeatedly altered "The Science" to conform to what the powerful Democratic bloc known as the teachers unions want.
