ANOTHER DEEP STATE COVER UP: US ATTORNEY KEPT CRIMINAL PROBE OF HUNTER BIDEN SECRET FOR A YEAR, TO AVOID HURTING JOE BIDEN'S POLITICAL FORTUNES

If it's Friday, it must be time for a stealth release of information that the media will cover briefly and never again.

This is a release of embarrassing information designed for minimum possible impact -- an anti-leak. A preventative leak to forestall the possibility of a damaging leak.

And notice the Justice Department managed to keep this a secret.

No corruption in the election. None at all.

You have the media, social media monopolies (who cooperate with government to censor news) suppressing the Hunter Biden story and claiming, without evidence, that it's "Russian Disinformation."

And here you have a US Attorney who is supposedly investigating Hunter Biden's corruption -- but he rejects/delays any moves that would alert the public that Hunter Biden is being investigated, so that his father could be fraudulently installed as "President."

It just so happened that his Prosecutorial Judgement aligned perfectly with... the leftwing media's "news judgment," that this should be concealed.

Also note that if the Hunter Biden criminal probe were known to the public, the media could not have gotten away with suppressing the laptop story.

And note, sadly and maybe hilariously, that Trump appointed this attorney -- on the advice of Delaware's two Democrat senators.

I... I just can't take it sometimes.

Last summer, federal officials in Delaware investigating Hunter Biden faced a dilemma. The probe had reached a point where prosecutors could have sought search warrants and issued a flurry of grand jury subpoenas. Some officials involved in the case wanted to do just that. Others urged caution. They advised Delaware's U.S. Attorney, David Weiss, to avoid taking any actions that could alert the public to the existence of the case in the middle of a presidential election.

"To his credit, he listened," said a person involved in the discussions, reported here for the first time. Weiss decided to wait, averting the possibility that the investigation would become a months-long campaign issue.

"To his credit."

And... which "officials" told the attorney to keep the probe secret?

Since taking office, President Joe Biden has left Weiss -- a Republican appointed by Donald Trump on the recommendation of Delaware's two Democratic senators -- in place. That puts him in one of the most sensitive positions in the Justice Department, deciding how to proceed with an investigation of the president's son that has proven politically fraught on several fronts.

Joe Biden left the US Attorney who is protecting his son and who was favored by Democrat Senators in place.

He's leaving in the attorney that Trump appointed.

Note that recently, presidents have tended to fire every single US Attorney appointed by their opposite-party predecessor.

But Biden's keeping this Solid Citizen in place, huh?

Trump sure has great instincts when it comes to personnel.

I can't take the excuses any longer. At some point, Trump has to be responsible for Trump's own decisions.

How long are we going to go on making excuse after excuse for him?

The probe, which is focused on possible tax law violations, has also examined Hunter Biden's business dealings with foreign interests -- a topic that has animated Biden detractors -- and its existence first came to light amid a controversy about the leak of Hunter Biden's laptop files.

It animated "Biden detractors" -- but not the US media, who are Biden Supporters.

Note the vague reference Politico makes to the laptop.

This remains an Officially Unsayable Topic, so of course Politico will not tell you that the laptop includes emails in which Hunter Biden's business partners discuss "holding 10% for The Big Guy."

Since then, the case has become a political football: Some critics have suggested that the Trump administration's political agenda influenced a parallel federal probe that scrutinized Hunter Biden in Pittsburgh, while some Republicans have called for the appointment of a special prosecutor to shield Weiss's investigation from the influence of the Biden administration.

Some Republicans called for that -- but most did not. They trust this US Attorney, beloved by liberals and by Joe Biden personally, to make unbiased decisions about whether or not to charge Biden's corrupt son.

Raise your hands if you think that almost the entire GOP would demand a special prosecutor if Don Trump, Jr. were suspected of a crime.

I hate this Controlled Opposition party.

And I can't take the excuses about Trump being "badly served by his advisors" anymore. At what point can we finally say that he is to blame for his woes?

And that it looks like he was largely responsible for the left being able to rig the election against him?

For a guy I assumed was cagey, cynical-minded, and cunning, he has shown himself at every turn to be a complete patsy for the leftwing ruling junta. They have clowned him at every turn.

I think it's because he thirsts for this corrupt junta's "respect."

And I can't support anyone who wants the "respect" of the Ruling Junta.

I will only support those who want the Ruling Junta's blood.

I know Trump remains personally popular with many of you, but for me, this is it: This is the breaking point. He's fucked up too many times, trusted the left too many times. Trusted GOPe saboteurs too many times.

I can only support someone for president who understands the full evil of the enemy. Not who consistently lets them clown him in an absurd bid for eventual acceptance by them.

The support of conservatives ought to be enough for a supposed conservative. We shouldn't be thought of as second-rate. We shouldn't be considered a mere stepping stool to the real prize: Respect by the leftist establishment.

If someone is always trying to gain the love and respect of the left -- like Paul Ryan, Asa Hutchinson, or Kristi Noem -- I have no use left for him.

I should point out... the very real possibility -- or the likelihood -- that you cannot staff a government with conservatives when you draw from the Establishment GOP -- who are almost all country club Rockefeller Republican liberals.

I've said it before, but I'm done with this party. I don't care if they win the midterms. If they win the midterms, that only confirms in their mind that leftwing corporate Karen Republicanism is the future.
