Obama-Era FBI Head of Counterterrorism: Our Fascist Action Against the January 6 Terrorists Will Require We Go After Their "Cult" Leaders in Congress, as Well as Trump and His Staffers and Secretaries

This is the former FBI head of counterterrorism, telling us that the FBI will now proceed to jailing the opposition.

First, I thought that was overstated. Why should we take this guy's claim as "Wray's messaging"?

But Kyle Sheideler makes a good point: Why hasn't Wray disavowed this lunatic fascists' agenda to jail the former (?) administration and congressional #Resistance?

Look at this smug, smirking jerkoff. This is about the Alaska couple wrongly targeted by another FBI jackbooted raid.

I'm sure AllahPundit's penning another shrieking warning about the "longing for authoritarianism" in the GOP. You know, like he warned us in this post quoting such luminaries as Brian Stelter and Vox's Aaron Rupar for the proposition that Trump fascistically cleared out peaceful protesters for his own photo op.

Let me state this again:

I am friends with John Sexton. I spoke with him when he was applying to work at Hot Air, and I caught up with him later after he'd worked at Hot Air for a half a year or so.

None of what he told me was "dishing dirt." He was just telling me how it works. This was before most of the real acrimony, so when he told me this, none of it would be considered to be revealing secrets.

And how it works is this: Writers on the site just claim certain stories in their Slack channel or whatever. The rule is First to Claim, not First to Write.

There is no editor in chief assigning stories. There are no other real rules other than First to Claim. Sexton mentioned he'd been far into writing an article when someone else claimed it from under him.

He didn't say who it was. I have my suspicions. And I suspect Sexton didn't complain, because he saw himself as the Junior Man (and probably still sees himself that way).

Now, to what seems to me to be obvious based on that:

Because AllahPundit is on Twitter all f***ing day long, you really have no chance to snag the day's "hot (leftwing) stories." He constantly claims all hot-button, culture war (on the left's side!) topics.

AllahPundit scoops up all of the Hot Leftist Twitter stories attacking Trump or Republicans. So Hot Air almost never has an article on these stories that casts a skeptical eye at what Leftwing Twitter and NeverTrump Twitter (but I repeat myself) are hysterical about that day. Or offers any of the obvious defenses.

AllahPundit claims the story for his own, then just amplifies all the claims of Leftwing Twitter.

Including the claims of Noted Objective Journalists Brian Stelter and Aaron Rupar of Vox, "The Nation's Clickbait Site of Record."

He never quotes a conservative reporter like Mollie Hemingway, who had the story right just one day after the Lafayette Park Massacre.

No, he just quotes Brian Stelter, Aaron Rupar, and various other grifters from The Bulwark.

Now, when these stories that he vigorously amplifies are proven to be false -- as they almost always are -- AllahPundit suddenly isn't quite as fast in Slack to claim these stories. Suddenly, he's not on Twitter, and he just plain misses them.

Whoops!

Whoopsie!

And that's why John Sexton, who has been boxed out of covering these stories due to AllahPundit's Twitter-enhanced reflexes for a year, suddenly finds that he's now free to cover the clean-up of AllahPundit's stories with little competition. (Certainly no competition from Ed Morrissey!)

Now, I think I know why John Sexton does not explicitly say he's correcting Hot Air's own previous disinformation. AllahPundit is senior to him, and most websites, especially not corporate-ish ones, likes open disagreement in its staff.

Update: And I should note: I keep all disagreements with cobloggers private myself! You just don't cause a ruckus in your own house.

Still, this comment is worth notice. Why are we pointing out that CNN got this wrong, and not pointing out that NeverTrump liberals like AllahPundit in the Conservative, Inc. controlled opposition media got it just as wrong or even wronger?

Let's go back to Allahpundits "Reporting" on this on Hotair. Not only did he accuse Trump of using tear gas he sided with the rioters and said Trump's actiions were akin to fascism.

he was backing antifa at this point. When is allahpundit going to write the article where he admits he was talking out of his rect*m again. Never, right?

Why does hot air always send John Sexton out to clean up the mess created by the Never Trump fake conservatives on Hot Air. While John is in the right place with his articles he ALWAYS forgets to mention this sites culpability in spreading some/most of these same false narratives.

Well, I understand why Sexton doesn't do this.

Why does AllahPundit insist on putting his colleagues in this difficult position of having to retract AllahPundit's previous postings on his behalf?

Why can't this effeminate shut-in c*ck man up and admit error himself?

It shouldn't fall to John Sexton to correct AllahPundit -- this self-vaunted Hero of the Resistance should have the integrity to correct himself.

But he never does.

He's exactly like his palz at CNN on that score.

This reminds me of Kyle Smith of National Review railing against "the liberal media" for smearing the Covington kid -- sweetly overlooking the fact that Nick Frankovich and Rich Lowry (and Jonah Goldberg, with a smear-spreading retweet) pushed the Covington defamation as well.

And yet listen to him and his NeverTrump c**k pals preen about being among the few who are "honest" enough to confront Trump's flaws!

But again, it should not fall to Sexton to take the rude step of throwing AllahPundit under the bus.

AllahPundit should have already have retracted.

Unless, of course -- he's a conspiracy theorist who believes "The Real Truth" is being hidden from us by a constellation of Deep State agents.

(Which, of course, he almost certainly does believe.)

Its getting awfully tiresome watching the Hot Air crowd try to cover their tracks. We know what allah pundit wrote. ON THIS SITE.

Its now time for Allahpundit to apologize and for Hot Air to start offering refunds to all the gullible fools who actually paid them money to push conservatism, or whatever. then again, are there any such people?

Well, yes.

Little rule I've observed: If John Sexton is blogging about one of the hot #Trending topics on Twitter, that means that it must be good news for the right, because AllahPundit must have had good reason to not Bigfoot it for once.

I don't know why Salem Media -- and PJ Media, for that matter -- insists on hiring and keeping on The Blogging All-Star Team of 2002, especially when those "stars" have quite clearly turned hard to the left, and have almost no readership in the conservative movement any longer, except for hate-reading.

Essentially AllahPundit is running his own leftwing clickbait rage-farm on Salem Media's platform.

I'm sorry, all these sites are controlled opposition, all of these sites are establishment defenders of the neoliberal globalist "consensus," and only feature a few honest, smart conservatives like John Sexton and Kurt Schlichter to "make it look good" and to appease the Deplorables.

But AllahPundit, Ed Morrissey, Guy Benson, and the rest are who these organizations really are.

So yeah, sign up for Salem's super-important VIP section. We really need to keep those dollars flowing to the controlled opposition of Conservative, Inc.

Why, they're conservating conservamatism! Without luxuriously funding their courage and integrity, all is lost!
