CNN's left-wing media pundit Brian Stelter managed to set a yearly low yet again as viewers continue to ignore "Reliable Sources." Stelter has delivered eight-straight telecasts that failed to draw one million viewers and the May 23 edition hit rock bottom when it averaged only 763,000 viewers for a 2021 low.
Stelter has found it difficult to attract viewers during the Biden era. The liberal pundit claims to "examine the story behind the story" but perhaps he should probe what happened to his audience as he hemorrhages viewers at an alarming rate. Fox News' "MediaBuzz," which is Stelter's direct timeslot competition, beat the CNN media show by a whopping 52 percent.
Ugh. Yet another Fox left-winger.
Fox believes the same thing the rest of the media believes: Only leftwingers have any credibility and only leftwingers can be trusted in positions of Information Control. Conservatives are icky and deplorable and can at most be guests on shows controlled by leftwingers and stocked with leftwing guests.
I direct your attention once again to Howie Kurtz grilling Mollie Hemingway for stating, correctly, that the fake "whistleblower" in the impeachment hearing was identified, while absolutely refusing to ask Mara Liaison about a tweet in which the NPR progressive compared antifa, favorably, to the heroes who stormed Normandy Beach.
I believe those happened on the same show, though I'm not certain of that.
So I wouldn't be in a hurry to embrace Fox. Through 90% of the day, they're as bad as the rest of them.
One can hope that all of these organizations die in great fires.
But let's get back to CNN's woes:
CNN had its worst week since Sept. 2019 and has finished behind both Fox News and MSNBC in the total day category for 14 consecutive weeks. "Reliable Sources" wasn't the only show contributing to CNN's problems, as "CNN Newsroom," "Don Lemon Tonight," "Erin Burnett OutFront," "The Lead with Jake Tapper," "The Situation Room," "Cuomo Prime Time" and "New Day" all hit yearly lows in various categories.
At least Jake Tapper has his career as a novelist to fall back on.
This despite relentless promotion from his fellow lefties in the media and his fellow liberal admirers in NeverTrump.
HotAir's Jazz Shaw promoted it, because of course he did. Jazz Shaw can't simp hard enough for Jake Tapper. I'm sure if Jazz Shaw has something to promote, Jake Tapper will use both tweets and precious time on his tv show to promote it. Because they're Frenz, right?
They have a real reciprocal "among equals" relationship, right? Just like a paypig simp and his e-girl. Totally two-way relationship.
Find someone who looks at you the way liberal Twitter Republicans look at Jake Tapper and you'll be loved the rest of your life.
Added: In fairness, Jazz Shaw's review sounds like a Bart Simpson book report -- where he just read the blurbs and is guessing about the rest:
As in the previous novel, Charlie Marder is an imperfect protagonist, with many of his own character flaws and shortcomings complicating his journey. The descriptions of the various famous personalities Charlie encounters and the settings where these interactions play out create a gripping atmosphere that quickly immersed me in the story. And as with any good mystery, the ending winds up being different than you probably expect, and far more complicated than a basic tale of good versus evil where the hero rides off triumphantly into the sunset.
If you liked Hellfire Club, you’re probably going to really enjoy The Devil May Dance. It comes out next week from Little, Brown and Company, and is available for pre-order now.
Still, he just gushes praise at his leftwing propagandist Twitter fren.
