I spent 30 years in academia. Here are my observations about my students. Toward the end, I was teaching "Gen Z." These students combined ignorance with strident moral certainty. They seemed to have had no general education at all, and lacked the most basic knowledge of history, even recent history. They were immature and emotionally fragile.

Many could not handle criticism, no matter how sugar coated. It took very little to reduce them to tears -- or to send them into a fit of narcissistic rage. They were shockingly bereft of intellectual curiosity, and many gave the impression of having no internal life at all.

I'll share more observations later.

More observations about my students: Many could not follow a simple chain of reasoning. Often it seemed like my class was the first occasion they had ever been challenged to think. It was common for them to visit me in my office hours and to ask me to tell them exactly what I wanted them to say on tests or in papers. When I said that I wanted to see evidence that they had done their own thinking, they would look panic stricken.

Some more observations about my students: It was extremely difficult to get a class discussion going, because they were often unwilling to make judgments of any kind. Partly, this was because they had an intense fear of offending anyone. In addition, most believed that everything is "relative" and that therefore it's wrong to judge (completely blanking out the fact that this itself is a judgment).

Trump Administration launches probe of California and New York Schools for allowing minorities to repeatedly bully and hit Jewish students without consequence.

The Trump administration on Thursday launched two separate federal civil rights investigations into antisemitic persecution of Jewish students inside California's Etiwanda School District and the American Musical Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York, according to the advocacy groups that prompted the action.

The probe of Etiwanda schools--a 14,000-student district in California's Inland Empire--stems from a March 6 complaint to the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights, alleging that a 12-year-old girl "was subjected to repeated anti-Semitic bullying, harassment, and discrimination that continued to escalate due to inaction from the school." At New York's AMDA, one of the top schools for developing Broadway stars, a Jewish student allegedly "faced retaliation after she reported anti-Semitic harassment shortly after beginning studies at the performing arts college."

Both complaints--filed by the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law and the Anti-Defamation League--were deemed credible enough by federal officials to initiate a probe, which will determine whether the schools violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by permitting discrimination against Jews. They are the latest federal actions aimed at stemming Jew hatred in the wake of Hamas's Oct. 7 terror spree, which fueled a massive rise in antisemitism across American college campuses and even primary schools.

The Etiwanda school district, which is 16 percent white, is in a county where the Jewish population is estimated to be at less than 1 percent. At the Etiwanda Intermediate School, which teaches sixth through eighth grade students, a Jewish girl was struck repeatedly with a stick and told to "Shut [her] stupid Jewish ass up" when yelling for help, according to the complaint. "She was then pinned against a table and choked for several seconds, until she escaped." The student also faced harassment inside the classroom, including in one case where the student was publicly "humiliated" and told, "This wouldn't be an issue if you weren't Jewish."

The Brandeis Center, ADL, and pro-Israel organization StandWithUs subsequently notified the Education Department's Office for Civil Rights of more disturbing behavior in the school district that allegedly included "students giving Nazi salutes in the hallways, the drawing of swastikas, praise of Hitler and the Nazi Party, Holocaust taunts and anti-Jewish slurs." The original complaint documents instances in which "a student allegedly said, 'I love making Jews uncomfortable, especially with Hitler jokes'" and another where a student was called a "stupid Jew."

"The continuing harassment is significant because the Brandeis Center, ADL and StandWithUs allege that the district's inadequate response to the original incidents left the hostile environment in place, allowing anti-Semitic conduct targeting the same victim to continue incident after incident," the organization said in a press release.

AMDA reportedly investigated the incident and found that "several students had intentionally targeted the Jewish student." However, the performing arts school ultimately imposed a "mutual no-contact directive" on both the Jewish student and her abusers, a decision that the complaint alleges penalized the Jewish student for reporting to law enforcement what would likely constitute a hate crime.

"Rather than protecting the student from retaliation after she reported the anti-Semitic harassment, the complaint alleges that AMDA allowed the retaliation to continue and failed to punish the students for violating the directive," the organizations said.

🚨 attempted beheading 🚨

Let's check in on Round Rock, Texas (near Austin), where 26-year-old sub-Saharan African Benedict Ogbodiegwu Jr. just allegedly murdered a White man, 62-year-old Andrew James Wimsatt.

Andrew liked to sit at the park and take photos that he shared on his IG. Around 11am, Wimsatt was sitting on a park bench when Ogbodiegwu began attacking him with a knife. Ogbodiegwu wrapped his left arm around Wimsatt and started viciously stabbing him. Wimsatt tried to push him off but failed.

Ogbodiegwu continued stabbing Wimsatt several times before Wimsatt fell to the ground. Ogbodiegwu then got on top of the victim and started visibly sawing Wimsatt's neck with the knife before running away toward the park’s pool area.

The attack happened at Chandler Creek Park and was captured on a nearby security camera.

That video will never be released to the public and will stay hidden forever so as not to alarm White people.

More: No indication yet that he's an illegal alien, but he has been repeatedly arrested and repeatedly let go. Can't be a "carceral" nation, after all. It's racist unless remorseless criminals are permitted to roam free and cut your head off.

NEW DETAILS on the murder and attempted beheading of a man at a Round Rock park.

Andrew James Wimsatt sat down on a bench that Monday morning in a plaid blue button-up and shorts. Three minutes later he was dead.

A neighbor's camera had already caught Benedict Ogbodiegwu Jr. leaving his house that morning, walking toward the park with something in his left pocket that detectives say looked like a large knife sticking out.

He stopped for a drink at the water fountain by the basketball court. Then he found Wimsatt.

He came from behind, wrapped his left arm around the man, and started driving the knife into his neck. Wimsatt tried to push him off. He couldn't. He was stabbed several more times before he hit the ground.

Then Ogbodiegwu walked around to his left side, knelt down, put his knee on the dying man's chest, and kept going -- sawing the blade back and forth while it was inside his neck.

He wiped the blade on his shirt and jogged off toward the pool.

Four minutes after he left the park, that same neighbor's camera caught him walking back home, two houses away.

That afternoon he turned up at a McDonald's in a different outfit and left as a passenger in a red SUV. The plate traced back to his father's house, nine-tenths of a mile from the bench.

When detectives showed him a still from the crime scene video, he admitted it was him. Then said he was never at the park. Then said he has a twin. Asked for his twin's name, he had nothing.

Deputies found a trash bag by the garage. Inside: the Honda shirt he was wearing at the murder scene, grey sweatpants with red stains, size 12 Jordans, and a 5.5-inch knife with a wooden handle. The red substance on the blade tested presumptive positive for human blood.

The two men had never met. He apparently decided to just stab a stranger.

In January, Ogbodiegwu was arrested for theft, which was dismissed. In May, arrested for giving police a fake name - also dismissed. Years earlier, he was arrested for theft.

Apparently theft isn't a real crime any longer.

The victim, Andrew Wimsatt, was 62 years old, and an accomplished civil engineer in Texas. He was also an avid nature and wildlife photography enthusiast.

Fox News host @greggutfeld called him "supremely gentle. Willing to do just about anything for another person."

Before his murder, Andrew had just returned from visiting his mother a nearby nursing home.

Israel Flores-Ortiz, an illegal alien from El Salvador released into the country under Biden in 2024, enrolled as a junior at Fairfax High School in Virginia. He was convicted of assaulting nine girls by grabbing them between the legs in crowded corridors. Some victims were as young as 13. Local court gave him months, not years.

An immigration judge ordered him removed on Aug. 10. On Aug. 31, the day Fairfax County let him out of jail, ICE arrested him. On Sept. 8, he was deported to El Salvador. Nine girls got a predator in their school. America finally gave him a one-way ticket home.

Secure the border. Keep ICE funded. Protect our daughters.
