The Morning Report - 4/28/21 [J.J. Sefton]

Good morning kids. Wednesday and the theme is intimidation, persecution and isolation. Despite successfully railroading Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin (not a particularly nice guy nor stellar cop, yet beyond any doubt not guilty of murder or manslaughter), evidently even this Luca Brasi dead-fish-wrapped-in-a-flak-jacket isn't enough to satisfy the thugs and tyrants in securing their grip on absolute power.

One defense witness already had the bloody head of a pig left on what intimidators thought was his front porch in punishment for testifying on behalf of Derek Chauvin. Now, state-sponsored intimidators are targeting another defense witness in the trial of the police officer accused of killing George Floyd in Minneapolis in 2020. His offense? Wrong-think.

Dr. David Fowler, the former Maryland medical examiner and forensic pathologist, testified for defendant Derek Chauvin on day 13 of the trial that the former cop's actions weren't solely responsible for George Floyd's death. And because of this opinion, Maryland will now investigate 17 years of his findings in state cases, which includes the case of Freddie Gray, Anton Black, and other high-profile perps who died in police custody. Fowler ruled Gray's death several days after being in police custody a "homicide," a medical term which means another contributed to his death. Police officers put on trial for his death were exonerated.

Can you say "chilling effect?" There is no doubt that Dr. Fowler, now retired, is going to be put through hell non-stop, but now in any of these cases going forward who in their right mind is going to risk either physical violence against themselves and their families or, perhaps worse, the State's iron fist ruining your career and perhaps making you share a cell with Derek Chauvin?

Think that that's hyperbole? Look what the State did to Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Mike Flynn and the poor suckers who spent decades rotting in jail courtesy of Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and their BFF Whitey Bulger. After January 6th, we are in Year Zero. For all intents and purposes, the Constitution is dead. Check that; any sense of morality, ethics and decency in those who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution is what's actually dead. I called it last week and I still stand by my prediction that some time between now and 1/20/25 (please G-d no longer than that [I mean the end of the junta]), Mumia Abu Jamal and Assatta Shakur/Joanne Chesimard will not only be freed but have a ticker tape parade down Fifth Avenue.

Horrid as that prospect may be, I'll go one step further; the cops in the Freddie Gray case were all acquitted. As long as the Democrats are looking to pack the courts and do away with the Electoral College because "structural racism," why not abolish the concept of double jeopardy? If America and by extension Western Civilization itself is built on the mortal sin of empowering white male Judeo-Christianity while keeping colored people of color down, then anything goes, and will go unless something stops them. And from where I'm standing, this cancer is metastasizing unchecked. So today it's David Fowler and any expert witnesses who dare help a defendant in a State case. Tomorrow it'll be police officers lucky enough to have been exonerated by conscientious jurors. And then the day after, it'll be the jurors themselves who exonerated those cops. Talk about abolishing the police; what this will do is abolish our entire legal system. That doesn't mean there won't be a legal system or law enforcement. Just one that resembles Stalin's Russia, Hitler's Germany and Xi's China. Again, it's Year Zero and Paradise on Earth ain't gonna build itself, now is it?

Stripping away all the racial politics, what it's all about, and what it's always been about is absolute power. The Ibram X. Crement Kendis of this world want to tear everything down for their own insane hatred. The George Soroses (cirrhosis) and Hansjorg Wysses of the world and their allies in the Democrat Party have no problem using it as the means to seize control and crush anyone and anything in their way.

Meanwhile in another part of the forest, the insanity about masks and vaccinations and, not coincidentally, your personal freedom, continues as yet another means to control the citizenry.

For 14 months, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has recommended draconian restrictions on Americans' daily lives to combat the spread of [Chinese] COVID-19. The CDC disregarded the psychological hardships and economic losses the restrictions inflicted. Now the evidence is emerging that the restrictions were based on flimsy science or sheer guesswork.

Last week, MIT researchers showed that the CDC's six-foot social-distancing rule has no basis in science. If you're indoors, your risk is the same, whether an infected person is 3 feet away from you, 6 feet away, or even 60 feet away.

So much for carefully standing 6 feet apart in the grocery-store line. It's a joke. On you.

In the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, the MIT researchers explained that an infected person emits the virus in an aerosol that can waft across indoor space, traveling 60 feet or more. The 6-foot rule, which restaurants, churches, schools, gyms and retailers follow, offers no protection. The key factors are whether you're wearing a mask and how much time you spend in the space.

I have a great deal of respect for Molly McCaughey but she goes on to encourage people to get vaccinated and get on with their lives. The problem for me is not only do I not think vaccination is necessary for a virus that kills 0.03% of anyone infected (akin to common flu), I'm not sanguine about pumping into my body something Big Pharma cooked up in less than a year and to top it all off, the fucking Junta and all the Karens around us insist you still have to triple mask indefinitely, as COVID's half-life is according to Dr. Fauci longer than that of Tellurium-128, or 160 trillion times the age of the universe. Sorry, not going to comply.

Beyond those with few choices, a lot of other people simply haven't considered the risks possibly associated with any serious injection that has not been tested over the long-term. It's hard to blame them. The corporate media outlets that dominate the American landscape don't tell their viewers and readers about the possible risks, and instead harp incessantly on the boogieman of catching a disease that hospitalizes between 1 and 5 percent of those affected, is deadly to far, far fewer, and poses an extremely low risk to children.

How many Americans hold wildly exaggerated views on hospitalization and death, thanks to irresponsible fear-mongering by our media and political classes? According to recent polling, a majority of Democrats and a large number of Republicans.

In the meantime, economic bullying from private businesses threatens to create a second class of citizens who are hit hard by their continued refusal to submit.

The unending [Chinese] COVID regime isn't a nightmare scenario of the future, it's an existential threat to our liberties, a possible and unexamined risk to our health, and here among us right now. Far from immune, red states are as vulnerable as the rest of the country. It's time for our governors to stand up and stop it -- before it's too late.

This 2-week madness that is now going on 56 weeks and counting proves that the CDC is every bit an arm of political persecution as that of the FBI and DOJ.
