Re-Education Camp Cafe: Dumb Creatures of Low Animal Intelligence Edition

We have the absolute worst-educated elites.

Andrew Mitchell tries to "correct" Ted Cruz's mention of Shakespeare's "sound and fury."

Andrea Mitchell @mitchellreports

.@SenTedCruz says #ImpeachmentTrial is like Shakespeare full of sound and fury signifying nothing. No, that's Faulkner

Jerry Dunleavy @JerryDunleavy

Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player

That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,

And then is heard no more. It is a tale

Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,

Signifying nothing.
-- Macbeth in "Macbeth" by Shakespeare

Oh you stupid decrepit vinegary buzzard. William Faulkner did indeed publish a novel called The Sound and the Fury -- a novel which takes its name from... MacBeth.

By the way, the "sound and fury" speech is one of the, what?, five most famous Shakespearean quotes?

How "elite" can this "Elite" possibly be if she doesn't recognize one of the top five Shakespearean quotes?

Oh, and by the way, Andrea: Don't confuse Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury with Graham Greene's The Power and the Glory. I know they look the same to a lazy diminished-executive-function scroll-and-click Twitter Junkie meltbrain, but they're different.

Update: It gets worse.

51 It's even more hilarious when you consider that Andrea Mitchell got a BA in English literature in 1967.

Back then every high school and college English lit class was still making damn sure everybody got an education in Shakespeare and yet somehow they couldn't overcome the wind drag of Andrea's brain.

Here's some cute stuff:

Lost and emaciated pit bull seeks help from a very nice hooman.

This one starts a little tough, but gets better. A cute little Golden Retriever was locked in a cage his whole life. He cannot really walk. But nice hoomans get him running again.

Another one that starts tough but gets better: Senior dog, abused and abandoned, is rescued and nursed back to health.

This guy gets accepted into a gorilla family.

By request: Sea otter mom and pup.

Little flashback here to the saga of Leland and the new television. Remember, this is all staged. This family films semi-scripted scenarios, often featuring a misbehaving Leland.

"RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!"

And speaking of misbehaving spoiled brats:

Finally, let's bring it back to dogs:

This weird-looking black lab sure loves bananas!
