And the other two will be charged for felony murder. They committed a felony which resulted, indirectly, in the deaths of two people. It doesn't matter that those two people were their accomplices. That's the neat thing about the felony murder charge.

A little good news in a month that's had very little of it.

Meanwhile, heavily-recruited Think Tank candidate S.E. Cupp, noted libertarian and gunt-haver, is demanding more laws to take citizens' guns away.

Once again: "Libertarian" just means a sneering liberal who wants to take drugs.

In other words, just a sneering liberal.

And of course: 90% of the "conservative" media, and 90% of "conservative" institutions like Heritage, is staffed by libertarians.

This is why we lose. We give all our plum persuasion/policy-pushing positions to sneering liberals. And somehow we expect this will work out well for us.
