The Morning Report - 11/11/20

thanksvets.jpg

Good morning, kids. First and foremost, a very happy Veterans Day to all our servicemen and women past and present who served and still serve in defense of our nation. We owe you a debt of gratitude beyond measure. A mere thank you is never enough but it is heartfelt nonetheless. So with that, let us each do whatever we can to reach out to veterans' organizations and even vets we encounter in our daily lives that may be struggling and lend them our support and encouragement. It's the least we can do.

Now on to the midweek meshugas. Well, the daily emotional rollercoaster ride of the 2020 election limbo continues. Yesterday started a bit down for me but it did end on a bit of an upswing thanks to several of the commenters who offered up insights and info, and not just empty (though always well-intentioned) cheerleading. The upswing continues this morning as, more and more, it looks like what happens in Pennsylvania is going to be the domino that will send the Democrat-Anti-Media Complex's plot to steal the election crashing down in ruins - - provided of course that those individuals who have the power and the duty to knock it down also have the moral fiber and the intestinal fortitude to do so.

As I said, the Keystone State is the key to this.

The Supreme Court ruled, sort of, in this case already. They said, with 4 Justices led by Justice Alito that ONLY the Pennsylvania legislature can make or modify voting rules. Read the opinions -- this thing is NOT going to go to Biden.

It is black and white, in the United States Constitution, a dusty document tourists see in the National Archives in DC.

The Pennsylvania legislature did not allow such voting changes, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a quite partisan body, did. And the grown-ups at the U.S. Supreme Court said that was judicial overreach. That is not a good thing for Biden.

This week, Justice Alito again said all votes coming in after 8:00 PM on election night need to be segregated. That is what is called a Federal Court Order. That's no parking ticket.

The leftists will say this is a racist thing because of the word "segregated." Maybe separated would be more politically correct.

Anyway, it is pretty clear with Justice Amy Barrett on the Supreme Court, those votes in Pennsylvania are getting backed out right after Rudy Giuliani makes his case. The mainstream media know that; thus, they are screwing with your heads and you are up all night eating popcorn looking for any shred of information. Go to sleep!

The author goes on to assume that ultimately the Supreme Court will indeed rule to toss the Pennsylvania election on Constitutional grounds and then open the way for the state's legislature to award the 20 EVs to Trump, which then sets off a chain reaction in at least one or two other states and voila. While that is a possibility, and completely justified based on the evidence alone of the PA state court's usurpation of power, what is the probability of that happening? The Supreme Court of the United States disqualifying the results of state's votes in a national election - even one that on the evidence is open and shut - is to put it mildly a very tall order. Plus, given the extremely and openly partisan nature of the Chief Justice makes an already high hurdle become Everest on top of Olympus.

Meanwhile, a similar lawsuit concerning the unconstitutional disenfranchisement of an entire class of voters (meaning us) was filed in Michigan, along with the other lawsuits to halt the certification of the vote until the cases can be heard. Again, let me reiterate: on a purely legal and evidentiary basis, if President Trump for a moment thought that he was tilting at windmills, he would have conceded last week. I'm sure he fully understands the players involved here as well as the bar he has to pass, so to speak, in order to at a minimum make his case. Certainly, people such as Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and the others on his legal team are fully cognizant and have advised him as such. So at a minimum, you can be sure that they feel they have the goods and are preparing their case, knowing it has to be as solid and airtight as possible.

The other avenue of attack also involves the states' legislatures. As we all know, under Article II of the Constitution, they alone have the power to assign electors as they see fit. Given the fact that the Democrat Party now gives a nod and a wink if not open approval to acts of political terrorism to silence opposition, you have got to believe that the legislators in Pennsylvania and the other contested states do no relish the idea of a bullet in their eye or having to put out the flames on the backs of their kids. That is not hyperbole. See: James Hodgkinson.

Given that fact, the last thing I want to be right now is a Republican PA state legislator. But as someone who swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and the rights of the citizens of my state, there is no other option than to right the most egregious usurpation of power and crime in our history. To not do so is not just an abrogation of an oath, but it is to be complicit in the murder of our republic.

I hear there is talk of a MAGA march on DC this weekend. I would suggest that that is useless. There should be MAGA marches in Harrisburg, Lansing, Madison, Atlanta, etc. to encourage and support these legislators to do their duty. The fraud is real. The evidence - solid and circumstantial/statistical - is solid. The remedy is clear. And the time is NOW.

Keep the faith, stay strong, stay positive, seek out family and friends, turn off the friggin' television and pray.
