RNC Night One Recap Thread (Part One)
I can't, or shouldn't, recap everything in one post, because then most of it would get ignored.
So here's a recap of some of last night.

A Washington Post "fact" check (really: Political Affiliation Check) of Nikki Haley's statement that Obama/Biden "literally sent" planeloads full of money to Iran attempts to portray her as misleading or even false, while low-key admitting that yes, literal planeloads of money were in fact sent:
Another great "fact" check from leftwing CNN "journalist" Daniel Dale, who invents a Trump quote about appointing 302 Supreme Court justices out of thin air to then attack that invented quote for being silly:

Andrew Pollack -- father of a heroic female student murdered at Marjorie Stoneham, who draped her own body over that of an already-shot student to protect her -- gave an emotional speech. Starting at 2:00 or so, he talks about Trump's leadership, and talks about "restorative justice" - the policy of keeping dangerous criminals in schools -- at about 3:30. He notes that Joe Biden is a supporter of "restorative justice."
Allegedly anti-racist and politically neutral Twitter -- which constantly blacklists conservative hashtags -- allows "Uncle Tom" to trend after Herschel Walker's fulsome endorsement of Trump:
