Mayor Jenny Gets Mad at Antifa Only After They Harass Her at Her Home, and Orders CHOP to be Cleared Out

The radicals made a major strategic mistake-- they upset a member of the leftwing Ruling Class.

Seattle City Councilmember Kshama Sawant joined a large group of protesters outside the CHOP zone who marched to Durkan's house on Sunday afternoon.

One of the demonstrators said, "We came down to Jenny Durkan's mansion to bring the demands of the movement and of the families who have been impacted by police violence to her doorstep as she seems to not be able to hear our demands any other way."

The mayor;s office shared the following statement Sunday night:

"Seattle has a long tradition of peaceful protest and advocacy for progressive change, and Mayor Durkan strongly supports those rights. Mayor Durkan will continue to listen to leaders in Seattle's Black community. She is working hard to translate the calls for change into real, tangible systemic changes to policing and all the other systems needed for strong and healthy communities. She has prioritized these as Mayor, with investments in housing, education, youth opportunity, and economic equity. She proposes investing an additional $100 million into the Black community.

Mayor Durkan and her family are in the state program to keep their address confidential because of the death threats mostly related to her work as Seattle's U.S. Attorney under President Obama. Instead of working to make true change, Councilmember Sawant continues to choose political stunts. Tonight she did so without regard for the safety of the Mayor and her family. The Mayor was not even home - she was working at City Hall. Seattle can and should peacefully demonstrate but should not put families and children at risk."

Mayor Jenny has been very eager to put the lives of other people's children at risk, of course.

Mayor Jenny had announced that CHOP had to be dismantled last week -- but did not give the order to clear the occupied territories out. She instead just "negotiated" with them. Forever and ever.

Until they fucked with her at home.

Then she issued the emergency order to clear the bums, schizophrenics, ex-convicts, drug dealers, gangbangers, and unclassified perverts of CHOP out.

Seattle police started to dismantle the Capitol Hill Organized Protest zone early Wednesday morning after Mayor Jenny Durkan issued an emergency order declaring the blocks-long area an "unlawful assembly" that requires immediate action.

Durkan's order calls for clearing barricades out of the streets near Cal Anderson Park and the police department's East Precinct — two main landmarks of the zone widely known by its acronym, CHOP.

As of 9:25 a.m. local time, officers had "made a total of 31 arrests for failure to disperse, obstruction, assault, and unlawful weapon possession," Seattle police said via Twitter.

Officers who made their way into the area Wednesday morning announced that protesters could leave through a "safe exit" to the south, the department said.

As of Wednesday, the Cal Anderson Park area is now closed. The mayor ordered city agencies to remove tents used by people who have been camping in the park, saying police should order protesters to leave.
