Mississippi Church That Resisted Orders to Shut Down Burns Down/Explodes;
Trump Orders Governors to Treat Religious Services as "Essential Services"

Is this an inside job or a false flag? Or is the left dropping all masks?

The First Pentecostal Church of Holly Springs in Mississippi burned down early Wednesday morning. The congregation had been in a legal battle to continue holding services despite the novel coronavirus outbreak and subsequent lockdown orders.

The building went up in flames between 2-4 a.m. Investigators said the church was spray-painted with graffiti before an explosion blew out the front of the building, according to Fox 13. Maj. Kelly McMillian of the Marshall Count Sheriff’s Department confirmed the fire to be a criminal act of arson.

Thomas More Society senior counsel and lawyer for the church, Stephen Crampton, spoke with Fox News about the fire and said the perpetrators spray-painted a message that read, "I Bet you stay home now you hypokrits."

"We're in a time where I don't think it's any secret that there's a growing hostility toward churches, across the board," Crampton said. "And now, here are churches like First Pentecostal that are sort of stirring up the waters by being outspoken and somewhat firm about seeking to protect their Constitutional rights."

Tim Pool covered this story, and suggested caution, which I think is appropriate. He doesn't like the fact that the arsonist left a graffiti message letting everyone know his motive was political. We've seen that sort of thing in false flag cases -- the hoaxer wants to make sure you "get it."

Also, he doesn't like the misspelling of "hypokrit." I think his idea is that this is an attempt to mislead the cops into thinking the arsonist is illiterate, when he's not.

But I see it as equally if not more likely that he is illiterate.

Also, I'd point out that while there was that one case of a false flag church burning, most of these hoax cases involve graffiti and criminal mischief, not stuff as serious as arson. Hate crime hoaxers tend to commit "hate crimes" -- graffiti, fake nooses, and fake scarf-grabbings -- and not real crimes, like arson or arson by explosive.

Anyway, I agree with Pool that people should be suspicious about the breadcrumb trail being left on the ground for us here, but I wouldn't ignore the possibility that this is exactly what it looks like: an attack on a church by some crazed leftwing atheist Karens.

(Are there any other kind?)

Meanwhile -- and maybe relatedly -- Trump decrees that church services are "essential services" and tells governors to allow churches to resume operations, or he'll overrule them.

I'm not sure how that works, but then, I also don't know how governors decided that they can suspend the Bill of Rights on a whim. And while governors were doing that, all the media attention, and all the NeverTrump attention, was on Trump's claim that he had "total authority" to reopen the country.

They continue ignoring actual, current, real fascist actions committed by the Democrats they support in order to focus laser-like on hypothetical possible future actions of Trump.

I would note that Presidents have, in the past, used the US Marshall service as well as the National Guard to guarantee civil rights.

When schools in the south refused to permit black students to enter, in defiance of a court order, the US Marshalls were sent in to enforce the order.

There will be few judges willing to agree that leftwing governors have the right to shut down a liberty explicitly protected by the Constitution while allowing gay swinger glory hole clubs to offer.

So yeah, that's how it will happen: A judge's order, followed by the US Marshalls and maybe the fucking National Guard.

So if New York, New Jersey, Michigan, etc., want to take their chances with the National Guard surrounding and protecting chuches -- make my fucking day.

Let's get it on.

Good question:

Yes, how is it that the media spent February, March, and April insisting that Trump had the power to unilaterally order states to shut down, but now demands to know what his authority is for demanding they open up?

In fact, CNN is pushing a story today claiming that if the US had shut down two weeks earlier -- that is, if Trump had asserted a mythical ability to order the country shut down -- many lives would have been saved:

But he doesn't have the power to protect a right enumerated in the Constitution? Strange!

By the way, that CNN story should really be talking about New York shutting down two weeks earlier, because New York City and only New York City was the epicenter of the pandemic which then spread it to most other parts of the country.

But they don't want to acknowledge that Andrew Cuomo is responsible for murdering people -- so they change the headline to the "U.S." being late to shut down.
