Joey Rapehooks Biden: If You Believe Tara Reade, You Shouldn't Vote for Me

Sounds like a guy who's getting tired of lying about his crime.

Ever catch a liar? A cheater, a thief? At some point they give up on protesting their innocence and always -- always! -- say the same thing:

"All right, fine, you believe what you want to believe..."

And then they just stop denying it.

It's like everyone has this genetically programmed into our brains as something to say when you know you're caught and are just weary of denying the truth.

So this is Biden's "You believe what you want to believe" moment:

Joe Biden's support among women has dropped in recent polling because of the allegations. Biden was asked by O'Donnell what he would say to women who were “eager to vote for Joe Biden but this gives them serious pause because they do believe Tara Reade."

"Well, I think they should vote their heart," Biden replied. "If they believe Tara Reade, they probably shouldn't vote for me. I wouldn’t vote for me if I believe Tara Reade."

Biden then attempted to undermine Reade’s claims by saying "Look at Tara Reade's story. It changes considerably."

No, it hasn't changed. Her ex-husband wrote a court document entered into evidence in their 1996 divorce hearing that she had been harassed at Joe Biden's office and was still very sensitive and emotional about it.

Are you saying because she avoids using the charged words "I was raped" that we cannot take "harassed" to include "forcibly penetrated in the vagina by fingers"? I think this the sort of euphemism any woman who doesn't want to be specific about the graphic nature of her violation would use.

Don't you, Joey Rapehooks?

If I were a woman who had been subject to a forcible penetration as Tara Reade was, I think I'd usually offer up the Cliff's Notes version rather than the one with the graphic details included.

By the way: If Joey Rapehooks people who believe Tara Reade shouldn't vote for him, I've got some very bad news for him.

That means that his likely Vice Presidential running mate Kamala Harris will not be able to vote for her own ticket, because she said in 2019 that she believed Joe Biden's accusers.

"I believe them and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it," Harris said at a presidential campaign event in Nevada.

The California senator added that Biden will need to decide for himself whether to run for president.

"He's going to have to make that decision for himself. I wouldn’t tell him what to do," Harris said.

In recent days, several women have come forward to allege that Biden has touched them inappropriately.

Former Nevada state lawmaker Lucy Flores, a Democrat, made the first accusation last week in an essay in New York magazine's The Cut. On Monday, Amy Lappos told the Hartford Courant that Biden also touched her inappropriately at a 2009 fundraiser in Connecticut.

Two additional women, Caitlyn Caruso and D. J. Hill, came forward Tuesday, sharing their experiences with The New York Times.

Ultimately eight women -- including Tara Reade -- would come forward to accuse Joe Biden of touching them inappropriately and making them feel unfortable.

Or sexually violated, in Tara Reade's case.

So what of it now, Kamala? Do you want to revise your remarks? Do you now believe seven out of eight of Biden's accusers, or have you had a total rethink and now disbelieve them all?

By the way, the media could have rereported this story at any time. It's not hard to find.

Why didn't they? Gee, who could guess, who could know. Maybe their Google Machines had a faulty valve the past few months.
