Note this detail about the Tara Reade rape allegation I missed: Reade says she told five people about the attack.

One of those (her mother) is passed; two of them say they don't remember this story and one says she doesn't even know Tara Reade.

The Biden Campaign, and its media auxilliaries, are pushing the idea that the failure of these two people to corroborate the story means it's not true.

Here's what they're omitting:

The two people who supposedly never met Tara Reade are Joe Biden friends and employees.

The reporter says that 3 of the 5 people Reade told about the allegations at the time denied ever knowing abt/ remembering the allegations, but "two of her friends" corroborated.

She says she additionally reported it to Biden's executive assistant and the two Biden aides referenced above -- both of whom now have had a multi-decade relationship with the candidate, and one of whom claimed "I did not know her."
