James Carville: Republicans Want to Kill People to Keep Power
Jen Rubin: We Democrats Must Be Eager to Say Republicans Want to Kill People to Keep Power

This is the sort of incitement that drove James Hodgkinson to go to a baseball field and start assassinating Republicans.

This is the message the media is blasting out to would-be assassins.

The same media that shrieks "violent incitement against our precious persons!" when someone posts a silly video clip of Donald Trump bodyslamming the CNN logo is unashamedly cranking out Political Violence Porn.

Longtime Democratic strategist James Carville claimed Wednesday that Republicans were so intent on maintaining power that they would literally "kill people" in order to do so.

"My kind of mission in the short-term is to sound the alarm to say [that] Mitch McConnell and the Supreme Court -- they're going to do everything they can to hold onto power," Carville said duing an appearance on MSNBC.

"This thing in Wisconsin was one of the most awful things I've ever seen in my life," Carville added, referring to the controversy over whether to postpone the Badger State's primary elections due to the coronavirus pandemic. "The extent that they will go to to hold onto power -- it was all about one Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin -- they will kill people to stay in power, literally."

Neither MSNBC anchor Brian Williams nor former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele, pushed back on Carville's claim.

The Washington Post "conservative" Hen Rubin is all-in on Hodgkinson Messaging:

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden needs to be as forceful as possible on this point. He should be blunt: Relying on Trump allowed thousands of Americans to die. Trusting him again would result in thousands more deaths. This is unquestionably true. Biden cannot shrink from direct indictments of Trumpís reckless conduct. Doing so would give Trump an escape hosta and reopen a path to his reelection.

Excuse me? Quick question. How does the media justify doxxing people for posting a silly WWE wrestling clip as "potentially dangerous incitement" while offering clearly inflammatory incitements against its political oppoents?

Is it just that your Media Lives are worth more than the lives of "mere civilians"?

Please allow me to disagree. Strenuously.

Bonus: It's terrible to once again have to explain to the media that they should not incite people to kill their political enemies -- especially given their extreme sensitivity about mere criticism of them as being too dangerous to be allowed.

So, to make up for that terribleness, here's an inadvertently hilarious claim from the Washington Post's "conservative" Hen Rubin:

In contrast to Trump, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) understands the science.

You nailed it again, Hen.
