Joe Biden Gives an Online Speech To His Followers-- Speech Lasts FOUR Minutes
Well, I guess Sundown Joe only had four minutes of coherence in him tonight.
Plus:
The Lincoln Project is the grift that George Conway and The Pirate King Rick Wilson were talking at a couple of weeks ago, the Friday before CPAC.
I know, he also spoke at the "Summit of Principled Conservatives" or whatever.
There are a lot of grifts Conclaves of Principled Conservatism going on.
Oh.
Most of you know this, but there are a lot of so-called "ScamPACs" which fundraise supposedly for some cause ("liberty," "principles," etc.) but then nearly every single dime goes directly or indirectly to paying the PACs operators or their businesses. In the latter case, the PAC pays the money to the business, which then, of course, results in the guy intended to get the payment getting the payment.
Is it fair to call them "ScamPACs"? Well, you'd have to drill down into the numbers. But it gets suspicious when all the money raised supposedly to advance some cause just keeps getting passed back and forth between the operators of the PAC.
There were a lot of ScamPACs organized as the Tea Party rose.
Mike Flynn (my friend from Breitbart, not the general) was brought in to consult a PAC that many suspected was a scam PAC. He found that the PAC was spending something which was outrageously high for robot phone calls -- say, maybe, 8 cents per call, instead of the four cents that was the industry standard.
Mike Flynn told the direct of the PAC that they were wildly overspending for robocalls and suggested some firms that would do it and the more routine lower price.
He was fired. Turns out, the company being paid the exorbitant prices for robocalls... was owned by someone having an affair with the founder of the PAC.
It was all rigged. The PAC was overpaying the direct mail vendor on purpose, because they wanted to throw some money to their side-piece. They knew they were overspending -- but who cares, it's just donor money, right?
It was a knowing overpayment to a sex partner, hidden so that it "looked right" for the Form 990 disclosure reports.
This shit goes on literally every single moment of every single day in DC. The entire town is a whorehouse -- no, that's a lie. Whores work for a living and give you something in return for your money.
I can't tell if any organization is scammy or grifty with a superficial look. But I do start to get suspicious when most of the money that's coming in goes to the principals, and not so much to the "principles" that are supposedly being advanced by the venture.
