I've been doing alternate day intermittent fasting for the past couple weeks.
Sticking with low carb/keto and very moderate exercise.
Been seeing good results, and it is a nice change of pace.
No doubt a good contribution to the weight loss had been abstaining from alcoholic beverages.
Only eight pounds to a spaghetti dinner and an open bar.
