The Morning Report - 12/27/19

Good morning kids. Friday and the last weekend of the year is here. Something a bit different before we delve into the continuing sham-peachment and related Deep State anti-Trump coup developments. A couple of links caught my attention because they are both happening in my home state and perfectly illustrate the absolute insanity of Leftism. First up, as the Empire State's new law allowing illegal aliens to obtain driver licenses went into effect last week, it also cut off ICE and the Border Patrol from access to its database. As completely insane as that is from the standpoint of greasing the wheels of massive voter fraud, it makes the state and the entire nation incredibly vulnerable to all sorts of serious violent crime up to and including terrorism. In fact visa and the directly-relaed driver license fraud led to both attacks on the World Trade Center as well as jihad by rent-a-truck a few years ago on Halloween in lower Manhattan, among other incidents.

After collapsing to the pavement with that punch to the gut, the state then grinds its hobnailed boot into your head with another law that, get this, allows accused criminals to examine the scenes of their alleged crimes and obtain the names of potential witnesses against them. What could possibly go wrong? Couple both of these with a piece on the Marxist movement in other Leftist shit-holes to abolish the police altogether and we're not far from Jim Cramer advising us to go long on face colanders.

Although these truly hideous stories at first glance don't fit into the impeachment and coup buckets, the fact is that these policies come directly from one of the two states that are at the heart of the current insurrection against President Trump, and the multi-decade multi-generational effort to overthrow America as founded; an effort that Trump and we the people have halted, at least temporarily. Notice the lineup at any press conference the Dems hold these days, and the one thing to note is that everyone up there is either from New York or California. It's also a perfect illustration of what will happen if the electoral college is ever abolished.

The bottom line is what New York as well as California and every other so-called "sanctuary" state or jurisdiction is engaging in with this is tantamount to insurrection. I find it highly ironic and disgusting that after having endured the Left pissing and moaning about the evils of "states rights" and the 9th and 10th Amendments, most notably when SCOTUS struck down Arizona's attempt to secure their own border when Obama's federal government refused to do it, they suddenly act as if they're the second coming of Madison and Jefferson. It is to vomit from the hypocrisy.

The dangers posed to the nation are obvious. The actions of Cuomo and his fellow travelers are manifestly irresponsible and a direct threat on multiple levels to our national security and the welfare of the citizenry. The right and just thing to do, short of revoking statehood and abolishing state governments, would be to federalize the national guard as well as state police organizations to maintain order and give temporary control of all law enforcement to the federal government. Obviously to do so given the current political climate of this nation would cause an immediate reaction. But clearly, something has got to be done because we are reaching critical mass with this madness.

SHAM-PEACHMENT FOLLIES
Still no impeachment with Nancy Polident refusing to pass the articles on to the Senate for a trial. The President has ripped them a new one, and rightly so. Also, chicken-f***er Steve Cohen with some lame-o excuse about the delay; logic like this means Hank Johnson or Sheila Jackass-Lee will be in the lead. David Perdue also hinting that Manchin and Jones might defect against the Dems and Conrad Black thinks the Dems have sealed their fate with all of this.
