Slate: Joe Biden Was "Weirdly Gay-Acting"At LGBTQ Town Hall, "Flirted with Multiple Men," Pretended He Was About to Kiss Anderson Cooper

First of all, I don't understand what "acting gay" means, Bigot.

Second of all, I applaud NeverTrump for choosing such a sensible, moderate, normal-seeming Democrat to get behind.

To prove the depth of his own emotional concern for queer people, Biden decided to act like one. He flirted with multiple men, joked that he was about to come out as gay, and at one point, clasped Anderson Cooper on the shoulder and mimed giving him a kiss.

Biden proved why he's the "moderate" choice of NeverTrump -- he's calling for an SPLC-style "Hate Watch List" to put Christians on so that they can be persecuted, terrorized, and driven out of all employment.

Biden's second proposal should terrify conservatives and conservative Christians in particular. He essentially advocated adopting the "hate group" monitoring of the SPLC.

"What we had before to deal with hate crimes was we had a position in our administration, within both the Department of Justice as well as within Homeland Security, a provision to keep watch on these groups that we know are out there -- like terrorist groups, they’re similar -- that we know are out there, to be able to follow -- without violating their First Amendment rights -- to be able to follow what they’re doing and follow up on threats that come forward," Biden said.

While it remains unclear specifically to what Biden was referring, it seems likely this effort has something to do with a DHS report about "Rightwing Extremism," which presented a broad swath of conservative groups as "hate-oriented."

When mentioned in the context of lGBT issues, Biden's call for monitoring groups "similar to terrorist groups" echoes the talking points of the SPLC, which has demonized conservative Christian organizations like Alliance Defending Freedom (a law firm that has won many Supreme Court cases), D. James Kennedy Ministries (cut off from Amazon's charity program thanks to the SPLC), and the Family Research Council (which faced an active shooter thanks to the SPLC's accusations). Conservatives targeted by the SPLC have lost access to their credit cards. Their organization have been banned by sites like GoFundMe and Eventbrite, and even booted from Mar-a-Lago.

That would be congruent with NeverTrump goals -- they are always supporting the left's deplatforming of their own (that is, NeverTrump's) political enemies.

An enemies list that is almost the duplicate of the far left's enemies list.

Vox also panned Biden.

However, a reference to old gay bathhouses drew a rebuke from critics on Twitter. "We talked about this in San Francisco, it was all about, you know gay bathhouses. It's all about round the clock sex, it's all... c'mon man!" It was a bizarre line that had little to do with modern LGBTQ policy.

Chris Cuomo made a joke about his pronouns -- something a conservative would be #Cancelled for.

Imagine if Trump suggested in a joking way that his pronouns were "she, her." We'd never hear the end of it (until the next Twitter Friends Club outrage).
