Hasan Piker, a Young Turk Employee -- and Cenk Uygur's Nephew -- Calls Soldier Who Shot Out Dan Crenshaw's Eye "Brave," Says America Absolutely Deserved the Muslim Attack of 9/11

I think the surprise here is that they've managed to avoid explicitly praising 9/11 for so long.

He said this on Twitch, another social media company that punishes speech they don't like.

He will not be punished for this.

Reviewing a clip of U.S. Military veteran Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) talking to podcast host Joe Rogan, Hasan Piker of "The Young Turks" mocked Crenshaw's lost eye, a wartime injury, in vile fashion and said America "deserved" 9/11.

He added, "Isn't that how [Dan Crenshaw] f***ing lost his dumba** eye, because he got his f***ing eye hole f***ed, by a brave soldier?"

...

During the same stream, Piker said the United States "deserved" to have the Twin Towers targeted by suicide bombers on September 11, 2001, killing 3,000 innocents.

Then, on Twitter, he doubled down and told people to "stop being a f***ing idiot" for denying America "deserved" 9/11.
