This suggests the robbery was three hours before Trump's initial tweet attacking Cummings and his district as a "disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess."

It merely 'suggests' the robbery was 3 hours before. Not like there's the reality that the robbery WAS 3 HOURS BEFORE.
