Jonathan "Jessica" Yaniv, Last Seen Demanding That Adult Women Wax His Penis, Then Seen Attempting to Organize a Topless Twelve-Year-Olds Pool Party, Now Accused of Chatting Up Underage Girls in a Sexual Way Online

Well I think everyone's saying the same thing on this one:

Yeah I know we're all super-shocked about this, but the dude who's into topless 12 year olds and can't stop thinking about young girls' menses and tampon preferences is accused of using online services, Such as Twitter, Which Protects and Enables Him and Deplatforms Anyone who CORRECTLY Points out This MALE Harasser of Women is Male, is now accused of engaging underage girls in inappropriate sexual banter.

And "banter" is putting it very charitably. Much of the texts he's accused of sending underaged girls is graphically sexual. In one case, he's alleged to have announced he had clicked on kiddie porn, and then offered to show it to the underage girl he was chatting with.

Twitter continues permitting this guy on its platform -- but wants to be protected from suit while it protects him.

And weirdly, a lot of conservatives are so cucked by corporations they want Twitter to continue having that immunity from suit.

At any rate:

On July 22nd, 20-year-old Jessica Rumpel provided The Post Millennial with evidence of explosive allegations of the sexual interference she experienced as a young teen at the hands of Jonathan "Jessica" Yaniv.

Yaniv, a transgender person, has recently come under fire for a series of controversial human rights tribunal suits [they] have filed against 16 B.C estheticians, alleging discrimination for refusing to provide services to Yaniv's male genitals.

In the aftermath of Rumpel's bravery, two new victims have come forward, and, as unbelievable as it might be, their intersecting stories are even more shocking.

Twenty-year-old Ashley Smith of Ontario, whose name is being altered due to trauma and for the protection of her work and family, says she was victimized when, like Rumpel, she was a teen.

Ashley was just 14.

I can't verify what the Millennial-Post is claiming, but here are some of the texts they came from one Jonathan "Jessica" Yaniv, aka @trustednerd. (Trusted -- alarm bells.)

Here's the twitter account of one of his accusers, the first to come forward.

Scan through it. Again, I cannot verify who these private messages came from, or even if they're real, but what they depict, if taken at face-value, is not even inappropriately flirting with underage girls, but full-on graphic sexual talk.

Meanwhile, Jonathan "Jessica" Yaniv is still bullying women into touching his penis, and then doing a Victory Pose when he gets their businesses shut down:

People are responding to that tweet with claimed snapshots of the texts they claim this "JY" sent to girls. It's ugly stuff.

The alleged victims allege that Yavin's entree to speaking with them flowed from the fact that he managed the fan club webpage of a band that young girls seemed to like. He would float the possibility of connecting them with the band and such.

Did Yavin manage this webpage?

Well, yes, he did, according to the Post-Millennial.

The Post Millennial reached out to Cimorelli [the band] for comment, but did not hear back in time for publication.

The Post Millennial also reached out to Jessica Yaniv for comment.

Yaniv verified managing the Cimorelli Facebook from 2012 to 2017, alleging the role primarily consisted of banning fake Cimorelli accounts. Yaniv asserted that both the girls profiled in this story were "batshit crazy," also stating that Louise Nussac was "banned off the [Cimorelli] page, so was Ashley, they were immature back then and they have not grown up since then."

They're calling you a harasser and a pedophile and your response is that they're "immature"?

As the "Chuck Lane" character in Shattered Glass said: "That doesn't sound credible to me, Steven."

I would just think that any normal man, accused of inappropriate contacts with underaged girls, would realize that "they're just immature" is not a strong defense.

Indeed, it could be called an admission against interest.

I don't know what the facts are here, but based on the defense against accusations of pedophilia being that his accusers are "immature" (yes, exactly -- that's the whole nub of the legal problem here), I would say that this person has either untreated mental illness or poorly managed mental illness.

And Twitter is now, as a corporation, offering itself as a safe hunting ground for a mentally ill individual accused of using online services for the grooming of very young girls.

Someone who has, allegedly, weaponized his status as a Protected Holy Transsexual to use social media for illegal purposes and suffer not even the slightest penalty for doing so.

While his critics, meantime, get permanently banned.

But they should remain immune to lawsuits filed by any girls filing suits against them for their knowingly providing critical aid and infrastructure for such alleged behavior, right?

Right?

If Twitter and FaceBook want to make themselves Safe Spaces for predators, to show how #Woke they are, that's their prerogative -- but why should they have immunity to lawsuit for willful facilitation of child endangerment?

(And yes I know Chuck Lane is a real person too but I have no idea what the real Chuck Lane said and I would bet he didn't say any of the things "Chuck Lane" said in the movie.)
