Twitter is where 50 year olds pretend to be 15 year olds by imitating the speech patterns of other 50 year olds pretending to be 15 year olds.

The "We did a thing with the thing" is the sort of thing that these childless weirdoes imagine that well-adjusted, happy kids would say. Having never been well-adjusted, happy kids themselves, and not having had any, they have to make a lot of guesses in this area.

They never stop saying it, and never stop thinking themselves clever for saying the same fucking things on Twitter every day.
