Meet The Pet Morons
My three. I have lurked for a long time. Left to right. Jethro, Spock and Daphne. My hairy sons and daughter. Jethro and Daphne are rescues. Veni Vidi Oblivi
Awesome crew!!! They look like they have been in this position before. Do you spell the word R-I-D-E? Thanks for submitting their photo and story.

This is Max. Seven months old, around 50 pounds, allegedly
Lab/Newfoundland mix (who knows but he does have webbed feets and the
fur looks kinda Newfie, so maybe). He's already right at home as a
bright, mild-mannered sweetie. - D
He certainly looks like a big sweetie!! Good luck with raising him into an adult dog. Thanks for sharing.

This is Nyla, who just passed away due to cancer. She was an extraordinary spirit. As a puppy she had been abandoned in the forest, and survived the first year of her life hunting her own dinner. When she came to live with us here in the Sierra Nevadas she was quite the wild child. Over the course of the twelve years that we were together we ran and hiked enough miles to cross the country and back. Nyla is Gaelic for “Champion”, and that she was, quite the champion in our hearts. - Jake
An incredible story and a lot of luck on Nyla's side to end up with you safe and sound. Sorry about your loss. She was a magnificent creature.

Hello everyone! This is Savannah, also known as Savvy. She is a 13-year-old Shiba Inu and is quite the diva. Yes, Savvy is quite spoiled [can’t possibly imagine how she got that way]. She’s also quite the Diva. She has me wrapped around her little paw and I love her to death. I also love the pet thread ... never miss it. And love my fellow morons too! — Roxy Doxy, mostly a lurker and sometimes a commenter.
Spoiled? We don't think so. She appears to be malnourished and totally neglected. ;) J/K she sounds like the love of your life. And cute to boot. Thanks for sharing and your love for the pet thread.

Her Majesty and the great Dutch (BISS GCh.-G Soyara's The Flying Dutchman) at a show. The perspective is correct; he was that big.
Dutch was almost everything you'd want in a Borzoi: a beautiful head, a front assembly you just don't see nowadays, effortless movement, a stallion attitude. He just lacked that last bit of self-confidence that made his aunt Lacey such a great show dog. Even so, he was the #1 Borzoi in 2014 and the #1 Owner-Handled Borzoi three years in a row. With his brother Ilya, he made a fantastic brace. - Hadrian the Seventh
You don't see Borzois that often in my part of the world. A beautiful animal and a lot of work to be that successful. Not sure how you guys put up with the politics of the show world. Congrats on a successful line.

Here is Isabel or Izzy. She's a 10 week old Irish Red & White Setter pup sitting down by the lake. She joined our family on July 5th. - Misanthropic Humanitarian
