Fat Jerry Nadler Changes Rules for Committee Interrogation at Last Minute; AG Barr Says He Might Not Show Up As Witness

This is a very unusual move by Nadler-- changing the rules at the 11th hour to permit professional lawyers quiz a witness, rather than members of the committee.

House Judiciary Committee Member Jerry Nadler is threatening to subpoena Attorney General Bill Barr if he refuses to testify at Thursday's planned hearing about the Mueller report.
Barr was scheduled and ready to testify until Nadler changed the terms of agreement to do so. In addition to questioning from lawmakers, Nadler plans to have Committee attorneys inquire about the report with the attorney general. That's where Barr is standing his ground.
