Garage Engineer Builds Glitter/Stink Bomb "Bait" Package to Get Vengeance Against Thieves

I find this unsatisfying because it appears no action was taken to actually get the thieves arrested. It's treated as if they were just mischief makers, and deserve mischief in return.

They don't. They deserve an arrest.

Still, it's all pretty ingenious.
