Sentencing Memo on Michael Cohen Released; Claims Cohen Did Not Cooperate With Investigators, Recommends a "Substantial" Term of Imprisonment

Reevaluating: Maybe "WOMP WOMP" isn't the right reaction. It seems prosecutors are looking to squeeze Cohen by threatening him with "substantial" jail time despite cooperation; they're going after him like gangbusters for "cooperation," or maybe just playing along with their narrative.

And I think Cohen's the kind of guy who will eventually read whatever script you put in front of him.
