Waitrose Food magazine editor William Sitwell quits over his 'kill vegans' email

The email reads: "Hi Selene. Thanks for this.

"How about a series on killing vegans, one by one. Ways to trap them? How to interrogate them properly?

"Expose their hypocrisy? Force-feed them meat? Make them eat steak and drink red wine?"

I hope she fails as a journalist and spends the rest of her days tending her cats and counting the undigested quinoa seeds in her feces. She has already failed as a human being, but judging by the standards of her profession, that is probably an advantage.

I absolutely love this video, because it shows the man we elected. He walked past his handlers and security to greet the people who called out to him, and his wife was right behind, being open and pleasant and damned elegant.

Hugh Hales-Tooke stared straight ahead and refused to acknowledge de Blasio’s presence as Hizzoner stuck out his hand while greeting those gathered to grieve the eight people mowed down by a truck-driving terrorist on the pathway a year ago.

Hales-Tooke said his friend Monica Missio, whose son Nicholas Cleves died in the massacre, missed the event because she was only told about it late Tuesday afternoon and was out of town.

“She’s very hurt. She was very hurt,” he told The Post.
