The Morning Report: Emergency 10% Of What Sefton Does Edition

It's not really an emergency...J.J. Sefton is taking the day off to hang out with some Russian chicks. He should be back on Tuesday...or he's going over the wire...we're not sure.

• Right To Try
  President Trump has signed the "Right To Try" bill and, while it sounds like a good idea, I am unsure whether it will do much. Obviously the leftist press is minimizing the positive because Trump=Hitler, but my suspicion is that while it will save some people, it might prompt others to try unproven and ultimately useless therapies before they have exhausted the proven options.
