Well, That's About It For the RUSSIA Collusion Narrative, But the DieHard Liberals We Call "NeverTrumpers" Aren't Giving Up Just Yet

Mueller announced the indictments of 13 RUSSIAN individuals for a raft of violations including conspiracy to interfere in an election (which sounds like a bullshit charge to me -- the statute seems to speak of defrauding the government of property, and "election results" cannot be claimed to be "property" except on Law & Order when Sam Waterson's character is gleefully twisting the law to convict the Evil White CEO Who's The Real Murderer Here.)

That said, even accepting this "election integrity" = "tangible property" thesis, these charges pretty much put to be the RUSSIA "collusion" narrative.

And do note, there is no such crime as "collusion;" the closest actual crime is conspiracy, but conspiracy is always defined as conspiracy to commit [ACTUAL NAMED FELONY];" you can't just have a "conspiracy" charge with no specification of a predicate crime.

"Conspiracy" is indeed its own separate crime, but without the agreement to perform an actual, real crime, there is no conspiracy.

You cannot conspire to do things that aren't real, named crimes -- at least not legally.

Because only a few pro-Trump groups, all in Florida, apparently, even spoke with these people, and the indictment specifies that they were "unwitting" participants, that is, they didn't know they were dealing with RUSSIANS, because the RUSSIANS used identity theft and secured American IP addresses to disguise the fact that they were RUSSIANS.

Also, the indictment mentions, but seems to not give enough attention to, the fact that these same RUSSIANS also organized pro-Hillary/pro-BLM/anti-Trump rallies.

Nonetheless, cucks gonna cuck:

After many people embarrass this little sissy with the obvious fact that there is no crime where there is no intent (and "unwitting" precludes even a lesser mental state, such as "knowingly"), xhe changes her claim that this isn't about the law, but about the political analysis.

(If you notice the NeverTrumpers sounding increasingly liberal notes lately, it's because they've realized the life-boats being supplied by the Washington Post, The Atlantic magazine, and other liberal publications only have so many seats, and they're going to have to start competing for those few remaining Former (Fake) Conservative Paid to Bash Actual Conservative slots.

Gun control will be among the first issues where they announce "I have sinned and can sin no longer;" then they'll start making noises about a more "rational" position on abortion. Global warming will come after that.)
