Colts Linebacker Killed by DUI Driver, Who Was Sought for Deportation
Americans are dreamers too -- tough one fewer now.
On Sunday, the Indianapolis Colts informed fans that linebacker Edwin Jackson had died. The professional football player was killed in a car accident. The driver who caused the accident was, it was later reported, driving while intoxicated...
But that's not all there is to this story. The Washington Times reports that Alex Cabrera Gonsales, 37, was wanted for deportation...
He didn't have a license, clocked in at .15 on the BAC test (almost twice the legal limit), and tried to flee the scene.
PJMedia notes it's unclear if he was in the country illegally all along, or was a legal resident under orders for deportation due to the commission of a serious crime.
Seems more likely the former to me (no license), but we'll see.
