Democrats Easily Win in NJ; Looking Like They'll Win in VA, Too
The trends are showing a fairly easy win by the MS-13 enthusiast.
Headline corrected; I wrongly thought people were calling the VA governor's race, which they haven't yet (though they're probably getting close).
I also claimed Democrats retained the NJ governor's mansion, which they haven't; this takes it from a nominal Republican (Christie).
...
I have hopes for Gillespie. Not huge hopes, but some hopes.
A few other items:
Robert Menendez, clearly now down to the "Your honor, what is justice, really?" last-ditch defenses in his bribery prosecution, actually raises the question of what, as a legal matter, does "senator" mean.
The dried-up shrewish hags of The View are already sniping at Megan McCain behind her back.
A journalist accuses Jesse Jackson of sexual harassment, causing shock and surprise to some moss, molds, and lichens.
The citizen who stopped the Church Killer's rampage -- and saved lives by shooting him twice and forcing him to flee before he'd killed everyone -- says he couldn't have done it without his trusty AR-15.
Harvey Weinstein employed actual spies to keep tabs on his victims and prevent them from speaking up.
And more: The New York Times is complaining of a "grave betrayal of trust" after learning its own lawyer, Democrat super-lawyer David Boies, was simultaneously representing the New York Times and working for Harvey Weinstein to stop the New York Times from printing stories about him.
These sorts of betrayals happen in tightly incestuous families.
The WSJ's William McGurn notes that the entire government-entertainment complex decided with its hive mind that Christian prayers are deplorable and stupid.
And LOL -- a "source" explains why James Comey changed the wording of his analysis from the prosecutable "grossly negligent" to the non-prosecutable "extremely careless."
James Comey is a brave man -- so brave he has his cronies leak his self-serving claims to the media, rather than offering them out of his own crooked mouth, which would permit for questioning of his claims.
Judicial Watch is suing the Justice Department for all communications between Comey and Mueller's staff, to see if Comey "coordinated' his Congressional testimony with Mueller.
And that's all I got. Night.
Go Gillespie!
Update: Getting server errors on those links, so try the Decision Desk directly, maybe?
They just might be getting blitzed right now.
Here's Virginia's official tally page.
