Huffington Post: NBC News Squashed Harvey Weinstein Story, Despite Multiple On-Camera Victim Interviews and Other Powerful Evidence

John Sexton digests their story at Hot Air.

They had the audiotape the NYPD recorded of Weinstein admitting to one of the assaults, too, which is itself enough for a story.

But NBC kept refusing to run it.

And then, when the New York Times broke it, they were the only network news channel to not cover it.

Her book was published in 2012. NBC bought the rights to broadcast the Olympics in 2011 through 2020. (They also already had the rights to the Summer Games since 1988 and the Winter Games since 2002.)
