Good Lord: Now Donna Brazile Says She Didn't Send Emails, After Having Just Said She'll "Forever Regret" Sending Them

Forever isn't as long as it used to be.

As Andy Warhol said, in the future, everyone will "Forever regret" something for 15 minutes.

In an email exchange Saturday with the website Journal-isms, Brazile strongly denied that she had shared any debate questions with Clinton's campaign.

"At no time did I receive or participate in the drafting or dissemination of questions provided by CNN," Brazile told Journal-isms. In a follow-up telephone conversation, Brazile said, "I'm not going to allow the lies to stand."

Given that one of the debates in question was held in Flint, Mich., as the city dealt with a devastating contaminated water crisis, Brazile went into high dudgeon. "I as a black woman wanted Flint to be front and center in our conversation about who should be the next president," she said.

The website noted that Brazile, a Kenner native, "had witnessed Katrina," and quoted her as saying, "Am I supposed to sit there and let people get poisoned?"

Oh, she played the black card and the woman card again. That's so surprising!
