Forget the NFL for a moment [Weirddave]
Did anyone notice what happened in Nebraska yesterday? Nebraska's punter, Sam Foltz, was killed in a car accident a few weeks ago. Yesterday was their first game since the accident. Naturally the stadium was full of Foltz jerseys, along with banners in tribute, including his personal motto "Dream big, work hard, stay humble"(not a bad motto for anyone). Foltz's parents were in attendance, because, as his father said, "You can't go hide in a closet someplace."
And then the inevitable happened. Fresno State stopped the 'Huskers on third down, and they had to run out their punt team.
Ten man came out onto the field and lined up.
Open Thread for the mid-afternoon.
