This is evidence of what that Rich Higgins guy was talking about yesterday: somehow our policy has been turned inside-out from being anti-terrorist to anti-upsetting-potential-terrorists -- which is the precise goal potential terrorists seek.

When terrorists murder people, the murders are not their goal. The murders are their tactic. The goal is to make people afraid to speak negatively about their religion and their Caliphate -- to implement sharia's prohibition against "slander" against Islam.

And apparently it's our plan to fight terrorism by granting them victories for each of their barbaric slaughters. Apparently the idea is that incentivizing them to kill will make them less likely to kill.
