Of Course: Rubio of the Gentle Hands Intends to Not Attack Trump Tonight, As Usual

He's going to attack Cruz, as usual. While his minions then criticize Cruz for not attacking Trump enough. And Dondi continues to not attack Trump.

Allah mentions that Cruz might bring up Dondi's cowardly refusal to attack Trump in the debate, but says Rubio has a ready answer: "Oh, the same way you didn't for a half a year?"

One problem with that, which Allah seems to forget: Rubio also had nothing bad to say about Trump in the period where Cruz had nothing bad to say about him.

If Allah can think of a time when Rubio was attacking Trump -- ever -- I'd like to be reminded of it.

This whole Narrative was started -- and it is a Narrative -- I believe by Rubio supporters, who were asking then, as they've been asking forever, as they ask now: Why aren't Rubio's opponents attacking Trump?

It did not dawn on Rubio's supporters, as it continues to not dawn on them, that perhaps their Kitten-Like Candidate could do some of this attacking himself, if he was any kind of man.

Yes, Cruz was mocked and attacked relentlessly for what Allah calls Cruz's "bro-hugging" of Trump.

And what, may I ask, was Rubio doing during this period, besides bro-hugging Trump as well?

Rubio has never attacked Trump. Indeed, even when a questioner at a debate invites Rubio to attack Trump -- even when they turn to Rubio and ask him to comment on some ignorant, confused statement Trump has made -- Rubio goes out of his way to find one obvious thing Trump says and then say "Where I agree with Donald is with the idea that the United States must be strong in its foreign policy."

Even when Rubio is begged to dispute Trump, he contrives some way to agree with him.

And then his supporters all shriek that Rubio's opponents aren't attacking Trump sufficiently for their liking.

Maybe it's time for the soft-faced young-man to finally stand upon his own two feet and take on the Big Black Hat himself, instead of girlishly curstsying to him and then having his online girl-gang put out a whispering campaign that those Other Fellas were insufficiently tough on Trump.

Is this Delicate Little Flower every going to do anything except preen its pretty petals?

Exit Question: Is Rubio, in whom so many have trusted so many hopes, actually attempting to get Trump elected, in order to be his VP and be guaranteed to be the nominee in 2020 or 2024?
