Tashfeen Malik Posted Her Allegiance to ISIS, On Facebook... During the Attack
Workplace violence.
Investigators think that as the San Bernardino, California, attack was happening, female shooter Tashfeen Malik posted a pledge of allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on Facebook, three U.S. officials familiar with the investigation told CNN.
Malik's post was made on an account with a different name, one U.S. official said. The officials did not explain how they knew Malik made the post.
They say they have no evidence ISIS ordered the attack though. I suppose this is supposed to be reassuring -- that people will get up and commit murder without orders. It's the opposite of reassuring.
They're still sort of pushing this workplace violence jag--
...the law enforcement source said investigators have a greater focus on whether the shooting occurred after a workplace issue with religion.
That Fox British reporter said that Farook had a problem with a Jewish victim in the attack, who was said to have been "outspoken" about Muslim violence.
Well! I guess Farook showed him that Islam was a Religion of Peace.
On that, there was a report that he shouted "Islam is a religion of peace" while he was killing people.
