Media Publicizes The First Name Leaked Out of the Ashley Madison Hack, and, Get This, It's a Social Conservative They Despise

It comes from Gawker, of course, but The Daily Beast is more than gleeful to publicize the name.

But here's the dirty stuff they want you to know:

He was allegedly interested in finding an extramarital partner for "Experimenting with Sex Toys," "Gentleness," and "Bubble Bath for 2" among other things.

Well, Daily Beast, a lot of the people you like are going to be in the records, too. We'll see if you're quite as gleeful about publicizing progressives' sexual kinks.

Can't wait to see those Media names, guys.

In a more newsworthy story, former sandwich pitchman Jared Fogle has, you of course know, will plead guilty to child pornography and exploiting minors.

Authorities said Fogle offered to pay adult prostitutes a finder's fee if they could connect him with minors for sex acts, including some as young as 14 or 15 years old....

He is expected to enter the formal plea at a later date to one count each of travelling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and distribution and receipt of child pornography.

The agreement released by prosecutors said Fogle will pay $1.4 million in restitution to 14 minor victims, who will each receive $100,000. He will also be required to register as a sex offender and undergo treatment for sexual disorders.

Monster.

Oh, and you might have heard: Breitbart ran a piece putting forth a good deal of evidence which proved (or very nearly proved) that #BlackLivesMatter activist Shaun King was in fact not black, nor half-black, but fully white.

The one caveat I'd throw in here is that Breitbart is relying on King's birth certificate, which names a father. That man, their investigation finds, is simply white. (And there is a trace of resemblance to King.)

(It was already known his mother was white.)

The Daily Beast has, they claimed, "confirmed" the story, but just by examining the documents Breitbart already had.

But, the one caution flag I'd throw here is that the name of the man on the birth certificate is not always actually the father.

Or, it's possible, who knows, that that is his father, but that he himself is a very white-looking biracial man, or maybe a quarter black or something.

That starts to reduce Shaun King's claims of being black down to thin fractions, but he'd still have the (slender) basics of truth in his claim, were those things true.

That caveat aside, Shaun King seems to be dodging the central question: Is this man your dad, and if so, how can you say you're half-black when both of your parents are white?

Montel Williams calls him out for dodging on that question.

In addition, previously, the Blaze found that King's claims about a previous "racially-motivated beating" are contradicted by police records and witness remembrances, who say he was not beaten by a "white gang" for being black (which it seems he's not), but rather lost a minor fight with a single person, and the motivation was over King's yapping at a girl about an $8 debt he claimed he owed her for breaking one of his CDs.

So... well, make of that what you will.
