FIFA Woman's World Cup USA vs Japan [Weirddave]

Someone asked for a world cup thread, as the game is starting now. I dunno how much interest there is in the subject, but here it is. The US is going for gold against Japan, the team that beat them 4 years ago. The US team features players like Alex Morgan:

Their goalie is supposed to be someone quite special, an H. Solo. I googled up a pic:

With that blaster, I don't see how Japan even gets near the goal to....what?

ETA I'm informed by Morons that the second picture is Alex Morgan too. So, this is Hope Solo (or it's someone wearing her shirt. Pretty sure it's her though)
