Rogue Prosecutor John Chisholm, Union-Connected Partisan Behind Wisconsin's Evil "John Doe" Intimidations, Now Suggests That Walker Should Be Prosecutable as a Criminal For Criticizing The John Doe Investigations

If Scott Walker is any kind of a man and a real contender, he will move heaven and earth to cast this vicious partisan out of office.

This is what Walker said, correctly:

“They were looking for just about anything. As I pointed out at the time, it was largely a political witch hunt.”

John Chisholm was informed of the remark, and now threatens to prosecute the Governor for criticizing him:

"As to defamatory remarks, I strongly suspect the Iowa criminal code, like Wisconsin’s, has provisions for intentionally making false statements intended to harm the reputation of others,” Chisholm said in a statement Saturday responding to Walker's comments. <

Note Chisholm states -- not by accident -- that Wisconsin has such a provision. He is therefore threatening to a new prosecution of the governor for criticizing his lawless witch-hunts.

This is an outrage. Enough.

Step One: Pass a law permitting a jury to strip a prosecutor of civil immunity if he is found to have acted with malice in pursuing an alleged political crime.

Step two: Pass another law permitting a prosecutor to be prosecuted and jailed for ten years for acting with malice in pursuing an alleged political crime.
