Claim: As New York Cops Laying Dying From Assassin's Bullet, 911 Dispatchers Chattered About How They "Deserved It"

The remarks were allegedly made by a couple of the 911 operators who handle NYPD calls -- and two Fire Department dispatchers in earshot got heated in response, sources said.

The alleged comment that created the most friction was when one said the cops had
"deserved it," said a law enforcement source.

That started a shouting match with two FDNY dispatchers.

Now, see, right now you're reading this and you're probably pretty mad.

See? That's wrong. You shouldn't be so hateful.

You should try to be more like these 911 operators.

New Claim: The left is trying to distance itself from the "Dead cops!" chanters -- only now that there actually are dead cops. They just pretended this away, before the murders.

At the Daily Beast, this guy is claiming it's probably the work of a Small Number of Bad Apples Who Shouldn't Be Taken to Reflect on the Fraternity Generally, a group calling itself the Trayvon Martin Organizing Committee.

That may be true -- except for the fact the whole crowd chanted "Dead cops!" That chant was the chant taken up by the whole, not just something a few Bad Apples said.

And then: It's hard to claim this is all just a Few Bad Apples when you have 911 operators rooting on the murders even as the cops are bleeding out in the streets.
