Potty Mouths: Unnamed Senior Administration Official Calls Bibi Netanyahu a "Chickensh*t;" Wendy Davis Surrogate Says Greg Abbott Is Just "Rolling Around," Enjoying His Settlement for the Accident That Crippled Him

"Chickensh*t."

A senior Obama administration official recently described the Israeli prime minister as “chickenshit,” according to Jeffrey Goldberg of The Atlantic.

The list also includes descriptions such as "recalcitrant, myopic, reactionary, obtuse, blustering, pompous, and 'Aspergery,' " according to Goldberg.

"The good thing about Netanyahu is that he’s scared to launch wars," the official told Netanyahu, explaining the meaning behind calling the leader of an ally a "chickenshit."

"The bad thing about him is that he won't do anything to reach an accommodation with the Palestinians or with the Sunni Arab states," the official said. "The only thing he’s interested in is protecting himself from political defeat. He’s not [Yitzhak] Rabin, he’s not [Ariel] Sharon, he’s certainly no [Menachem] Begin. He’s got no guts."

Sounds like Kerry. I say that because foreign policy is his ambit, and because Kerry enjoys boasting about that four months he spent in Vietnam. He feels he has the stature to knock Netanyahu (himself a soldier).

Meanwhile: In Texas. I have resisted the idea that the Davis campaign was deliberately making an issue of Greg Abbott's paralysis. It just seemed too insane.

But they really do seem to have a problem with people in wheelchairs, don't they?

And related: If Carol Costello wishes to actually apologize for and retract her previous giggle-party about Bristol Palin's assault by a man, shouldn't she do so on the same tv channel where she made the remarks she now confesses were inappropriate?
